[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Credit Cards — MISLEADING INFORMATION

I RECIEVED a call at my mobile no. [protected], from hdfc credit cards division and i was offered to convert my whole outstanding balance into emi's, so that i get rid off the finance charges that gets incured every month on the card, i agreed to tht, next day an executive came to sign a particular document regarding the same i did that, after 10-12 days i called customer service to enquire the status of the same and i was told that there is no such facility to convert outstanding balance to emi's, i even filed a complaint against same, and i didn't even received a call regarding the status of the complaint i filed - complaint no. [protected]...

HDFC Credit Card — misleading information

hello,
i have a hdfc cc which i got in 2007, card #[protected] , and due to the rash behaviour of the agents from the collection dept( i missed one payment), i stopped paying for a month and later on, i lost my job.i was struglling to pay for the wholesome amount, and i wrote to hdfc people regarding the rash behaviour too which i never got any solution. In the meantime i realised that i dont have my card with me.i was studing and completed my studies now, n recently i joined a company in noida. My 1st salary has been put on hold by HDFC credit card dept without my knowledge, and im totally broke. Im ready to pay the amount which i was told by the customer service executive of 33533. HDFC has taken out 19640 already, and i was thinking to go ahead with the card by paying the remaining amount.provided the amount is negotiable to 25000. i dont have a single cash right now. when i spoke with Rubi Anand from HDFC recovery team, she quoted the amount of 50,000 and im startled to learn that. its something impossible for me to pay such a huge amount. When i asked for any other option to repay, she refused to acknowledge my problem and solve it.infact she was so rude with her tone that i feel not to pay any more amount to HDFC now. If im ready to pay the Half interest and continue with the card, WHy HDFC is refusing me to help??/?or give me any other available solution??

how comw they debit the amount from ur bank account.
It is illegal and credit card dept have no rights to hack ur account without ur permission.

HDFC Credit Card — Misleading

In the year October 2010, i got a call from your collection executive for settlement of 16,000.00, her name is Bhuvana she is nelson manakkayam road hdfc processing dept.

Tht time i have only 10,000.00 with me, and i requested her the balance 6000.00 will clear once the salary credited on i.e. 26th of the same month. All these things confirmed in the recording line. I didnt believe her then she handover to her manager Mrs xxxx, i forgot her name, but i have noted in my system.

Based on her confirmation they handover the settlement letter for 16,000.00 and i padi 10,000.00 the collection executive gave a recepit for it. I requested the same executive to collect the 6,000.00 once salary credited.

After my salary credited on 26th October, Mrs Bhuvana called me regarding the balacne amount they sent executive and i made the payment of 6,000.00.

I am in a intention that the HDFC card is setteled, but i have a saving A/C with HDFC. whihc is blocked by them. One of my friend transferred money to my A/c whihc is blocked and again made payment towards to my Credit card out standing.

Then i called up csutomer service executive to known about the a/C blocked. They clearly mention your card is not been settled. Kindly speak to collection executive, i called her then she is saying i dont know y they blocked the card. I will speak to my manager will get back to you, she never called up me and she is not even picking my call.

Then i visit your processing office whihc is located in Nelson manakkyyam road, One more Mrs XXXX, she told will investigate on it and let you know the status.

She told i cant do any thing. I request her to pull all the calls made to my mobile and may native place, the collection executive disturbed my parents every time and every day.

As of now i made the pay ments towards my credit card is 26,000.00. I will get my reversal of 10,000.00 Rs. Is this a service that you will offer to customer, and why the hell your cheating the customer, by using such a cheap tricks.


How you people are treatning me, i am waiting for your call, no one is called, i am ready to consumer court and i have recorded in my mobile what she spoke to me.

I am ready to fight leagally with your team.
