[Resolved] HDFC Bank — DCD BANK CHARGES

Hi This is Devendra Kamble,

On 14th Feb There is a false transaction happened in Debit Card.

Rs. 421.28 have been deducted and when i checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today i.e. on 03rd March morning when i visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account. It's really embarrassing to use HDFC Bank because i feel my money is not secure enough. Thank god i had only Rs. 421.28 in my account. Tried contacting your customer service but no one answered.
Kindly look into this case and get it resolved ASAP.

@ Dev Kimble ::: What was the response from the HDFC employees. Now, I noticed the same DCD charges applied to my account.

It is too hefty amount nearly 12-15 %. I have Demat account of HDFC. But surprised to see the results.

Please share your experience. If required I'lll surrender this all to HDFC for new DP.

Same Thing happened with me, Yesterday when I checked mini statement 831.17 balance was in my account at that time,
But today I checked that time 359.17. balance in my account.
And went to take mini statement and saw 472 rupees debited for DCD charges.
Why I can't understand.
This is the very very struggling situation on Covid-19.In this time bank should co-operate to customers in fact bank has cut-off again and again.
Kindly requesting you please credit to my account which is debited 472 amount.

Same thing with me...Bank debited Rupees 885 for DCD charges.
