Dear Sir /Madam,
I Gajender Singh Hakeemyaar am wrting you regarding the recent tele communication regarding some kind of fraud that has been happened to me as I don't have any bank card or any kind of account. But still I made a last payment of Rs 93000 which I never used it & made the balance cleared.I made some payments in 2009 for which my card has been used in 2008.That was not my payment at all. Now I have noticed that my saving account has been debited of Rs 191000 something. I would therefore request you to please to look at this matter & thouroghly check what is going on with my account. I also strictly advise to please put my money back into my account to avoid any other charges. Despite of being calling so many times I have been given this Ref No.[protected] and have been told that I will get a call back but I haven't heard anything from them from last 15 days. Your co-operation in this matter would be more appreciated.

Please verify my credit card account statement and rectify the Financial charges, late fees, Dae rtl and interest. To much charges in my credit card account please go through and deduct these charges in my last one years account. Several times i talk to your customer care executive.But all in vain. As a genuine customer i paid the exact amount which purchase from my card.This is the last month i pay my card amount.If the process continue from the next month on wards i will not pay a single rupee.

I Gopal Chandra Das & my credit card no. Is = [protected]. I bought a Samsung galaxy grand mobile from Vardhman agencies at a cost of Rs.-20200/- . with 10- EMI option, by my credit card. At the time of buying merchant said this will offered, zero processing fees & zero MER EMI charge. But as per my credit card statement there has been charged, MER EMI, processing fees is Rs.-1515/- & service tax is Rs.-181/-.
So as per the telephonic discussion with customer services they said write down the statement from merchant & mail us. We will refund the above said amount. So that I have attached the merchant statement with this & request you to refund the above said excess charging amount into my account.

On 18/05/2013 i log a complain. One month is about to end but no one had a single interest on my complain. This month i also got excess bill. The last date of payment of my bill is 22/6/13.

as per. enquiry I paid 13500/-rupee. in 2004 and the balance of rupee 259/- was pending.
but no one told me about my balance pending but now i have made enquiry that rupee 259/- is pending
from 2004 after that bank issued me another platinum card number [protected] issued but up till now no payment is pending and i have never paid any late chargers up till now how the balance of rupee 259/- is pending up till now and no one has tolg me about my balance.
as per my history of credit card please clear my old dues and settle my old account due.

Demat Charges deduction

Amount deducted without any information
I am a regular HDFC account holder since 2013. I am holding a salary account in HDFC bank (Account No [protected], Branch name: VASUNDHARA ENCLAVE, NEW DELHI Cust ID:[protected] HDFC Bank 6589Rs. amount deduct unnecessary Cahrges has made on my account. Probably there was no amount left, HDFC could not deduct more money. Dear sir/madam,
I already paid the bill ammount for month of nov'18 on 6th dec'18, transaction was successfully and amount deducted from my account.But the credit card notworking from 8th dec'18 then i don't understand what happened.I several time tried to speak with castomercare authority but not connect.Finaly i checked my account statement saw balance reversed on 10th dec'18.Then i resend the bill.And also i saw my credit card account statement, i was very shocked.
In my statement Rs- 750+135(gst) deducted.
Pls refund my deducted amount imediately, because that was instrumental problem.Also you not authority to block my card and not to befined without information thats was your problem.
