[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Forex Card — Reversal of voided transaction

Hello,

I have made a transaction for renting a car at michigan, USA by Forex card o[censored]SD 1600(This amount is really large and I need this money urgently for spending for my usage here for the remaining days over here). It has been 10 days now I have not get my reversal amount that stuck with the HDFC bank. I called up HDFC customer care for making a complaint but still no action it has been taken for reversing the amount by them.
customer care asked for the contact number to reach me, and when I have provided the USA phone number they did not accept, How come at the same time I go back to India to receive the call from HDFC. Don't these people think that once they are providing Forex card they can call the customer at there location. this is ridiculous.(THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT THEY ARE SUPPORTING FOR FOREIGN TRAVELS and not the people sitting at the location in INDIA and so accept FOREIGN MOBILE NUMBER)

I dont know why they provide this bad service to the person who are on little money away from Home at foreign destination.

I suggest to people to not go to for HDFC FOREX card, I used ICICI before which is good and better customer service.

I am hoping to get the money asap or else I need to pay some extra by paying through my Indian credit card, which is going to be big hole in my pocket.
