[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund | |||
i ve taken the policy through phone call by MR. srivastava whose mobile no is [protected].When i recieved the bond it was not as explianed by him. with in 5 days his agent has collected the bond and application on 3rd nov, and said u will get new bond as explained. but still hdfc life has not got any application and bond. moreover MR. srivastava is not responding to my call also.i believe that i ve been cheated by that person. how should we trust on company, as he stated that he is company executive. pls help. my policy no is 14682946, in name of satinder tiwari, D.O.B 28/03/1977 Was this information helpful? | |||

But Cheque was deposited before the date 4 Nov 2017 due to which my money got deducted from my account .

Dear sir,
My self submitted all the relevant document at the time of file the application, Mr Luv Kumar Agarwal ([protected])committed me if any reason amount not disbursement they will refund me my all money they charge from me except the lawyer fee Rs 800.
Till date I have not received any technical repot copy and legal report of said property.
Due to I have not get the said Money disbursement I have loss the said property,
I have not asking bank to give me the compensation of loss of property due to they have not confirm and not give disbursement the loan amount.
I sample request as committed by your representative Mr Luv Kumar Agarwal to refund the Rs 11030 which they take from me at the time of fill the application.
Hope I will get the said money ASAP
