We confirm that presently your NetBanking is active but your Secure Access rights have got locked. The Secure Access service gets locked post incorrect answers to the questions or not being able to answer/give the correct verification.
You can enable your secure access by using One Time Password (OTP) service - (If you had has forgotten the security answers) please for below steps:
1. Login to your NET BANKING account
2. Go to TPT
3. Modify secure access
4. Change Question Answers and confirm via One Time Password (OTP) sent on your registered mobile number
Alternatively, you can either call up PhoneBanking or visit the Branch and submit a written application, for unlocking of the Secure Access (and also reset your Challenge questions in case you have forgotten). In case you are unable to visit the branch, you can send your request by postal service or courier.
Post the correct verification of the details, the Bank will unlock your Secure Access rights.

i am having same problem for the last 2 weeks, i know password i am using it only in my laptop, suddenly the password going wrong and now i change using OTP PASSWORD, after changing this new password, this work 1 time right but again my password is going wrong, now 3rd time again same, now my account is locked i called phone banking they said to wait 24 hr and again try, i want know whats happening i am using hdfc for the past 3 years never had a problem like this ...
