About 3 months back unfortunately, we applied for EDC machine of HDFC bank Sector 50 Noida. At the time of application we were told it would take around 2 weeks to get EDC machine. But even after so much time we are clueless about the machine.
We never knew about the "efficiency" of bank, otherwise I would not applied for it.
We have been promised for more than 10 times about the installation of EDC in another 2_3 days, but as usual all the promised proved lies as they are themselves.
We spoke to their seniors too and they explained us, since there was delay in opening of current ac our EDC machine got delayed, otherwise they need 4 days to instal machine. I would like to draw attention on a fact that our current ac has already been opened 15 days back. Now what excuse they would put, we don't know.
Now we are so pissed off that we feel to cancel our current ac too.
Is there anybody in the bank who dare to listen, or all dumb people are hired?

certificate which .i have requested to my Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, and our co-ordinator many timesbut they are not supporting me.
now i am requesting you to release
my p.f as soon as possible in my salary a/c
& send me above said document as early as possible and obliged.
