Dear Sir,
I have paid an amount of Rs. 830/- through HDFC bank net banking for renwal of a motor insurance of Oriental Insurance company . The amount was deduct from my account at that time
but I have not got any confirmation and the it is not process. I visit at Jorhat oriental insurance branch and know that they have not got any net banking payment for renewal of my policy .
Pse do your best for return of my amount .

Hi,

I am Anagha Raut and i have salary account with HDFC with Old airport road, Bangalore branch. My Customer ID : 44131380 and account number : [protected].

I tried to book bus tickets through Goibibo.com and transaction was failed. But money got deducted. I called goibibo to check my status but they didn't get any money from HDFC and not booked my bus.

Can you please revert back the extra money you have deducted from my account on 23NOV ?

    dear sir,
    i am an active trader in hdfcsecurities from past 7-8 years. I hav also subscribed for trading tips which i am not receiving from past a month and so. It sis a regular not sending sms, Wen i cal the cust care ppl. i will be on line for nearly 10min. But nobody piks da call. I have given the subscription charges for an year and the service is very worst. Dey put some sort of service charges and transaction charges into my acount and der is no clarity about that also. I am a v gud customer trading in lacs every month and if dey thing they do not require ppl like me i request the concerned to please tell me the procedure to deactivate my demat ac. So that i ll transfer my portfolio to other securities which is giving v gud service.
    I expect prompt action and reply immediately.

      I had availed loan from HDFC in 2011 Jan and wanted to cancel it after that. Meanwhile a friend of mine(HDFC employee) said that would use the money and pay EMI on my behalf and balance amount after one year as he was getting his father's PF and gratuty amount. It did not last longer than 5 months. Later i realised that he had frauded me.I narrrated everything to the bank and that guy was terminated from bank. Now the bank is holding me defaulter.
      Is there any relief?

        I am the unfortunate victim of the three HDFC Life policies (Policy nos. 14509250, 14511936 &[protected]; in month of July 2011 missale to me by HDFC Kalyan branch by bank executives Ganesh Parbahate & Rupal in presence of branch manager Sailesh Oogale. As I had discussion with the branch manager and I explained my intention that since I was having saving of Rs.8 Lac & I wanted to one time invest this amount where I can get good returns.

        In due course I got the policy but never gone in the details after words; assuming that as discussed it has done & it will be one time investment that was my belief.
        But I’m completely stunned in Jul’12 when suddenly I got a sms notice from HDFC Life asking for renewal premiums towards the above policies, I completely shocked when I refer to my saving a/c. where Rs.150000/- were debited as premium for one policy.

        I’ve approached to the executives & branch manager of Kalyan to look into the matter & resolve with HDFC life as per commitment of one time investment policies given by them while selling the policies to me, but no response received from them on my concern. At last on 02/09/12 I’ve lodged the complaint (Nos. [protected] & [protected]) on HDFC life website about mis-selling of the policies

        I have tried and explained all the facts to HDFC Kalyan branch manager & customer care team & explained them my understanding in faith that this is one time premium policy. But, it seems that they are not interested to listen to the client and more interested to collect the premium,

        This was very well planned & executed trap by a group o[censored]nscrupulous sales staff trying to increase their sales figures & their commission at the expense o[censored]nsuspecting customers. I can understand if miss selling done by agent to earn commission, or done by sales manager to meet targets but miss selling by branch manager is not acceptable.

        My very simple question again is how a salaried person will accept the yearly premium amount of the policies more than his earning???

        With great grief, agony and sorrow I am writing this mail before taking a severe legal action against HDFC Life for mis-sale of the said policies, cheating to their loyal customers.

        So I would request you to kindly take a necessary action, since it is a serious offence to mis-sell a policy to a client which is against the law.

            I have a due outstanding of Rs.23000/- Sir, as I called 10 times to hdfc credit card customer care executives for my problem & request them that PLEASE PROVIDE ME INSTALLMENTS OPTION FOR WHOLE PAYMENT OR PROVIDE ME EMI OFFER FOR PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS. Because i have resigned from reliance company from last 1 year and i am unable to pay that whole amount in one time and i also requested them that tell me the solution bcoz i am only eligible for paying payments on installments basis. But, instead of giving solution they are not giving me payment option or settlement option. The languague of them is very bad and also they are contacting when i am busy.                 I have been employee of hdfc bank for 1 year. During this, I have been sent to many training to other trainings. They have promised me to reimburse bill settlement. but, they always got problem with some system and they never approved it. I have never received any travelling expense after repeated inputting in the system.I have never been assigned said profile. They made to do and sit anywhere. finally, I have resigned from the bank. At the time of full and final settlement, they suppose to give me my salary and claims I made. But, it was not done. After few months, I have received some amount, I though It would be salary and claims because I have never applied for any PF settlement.

                After 1 year, I have applied for PF settlement when I have enquired about my PF. I got to know they have processed my pf without submission of any document and it was in my information too. I have never received my salary and claims. As I spoke to all concern people, I could only hear their hopeless answer and excuses. It took toll on my career. As employment which could not add anywhere in my career.

                      Credit card overcharge and harassment calls

                      I had a credit card issued by HDFC Bank in 2005. There was a dispute over one of the items and I disagreed with their findings. They kept on adding late charges to that, and in 2009 I discontinued the card with them by cutting it into two and mailing it back to them. After that, I never received any renewal card or anything, which is their standard process. Now they are claiming that that disputed amount with late charges has ballooned to...

                      Dear sir,
                      i have a hdfc account holder for few day Before one net banking Transaction happened in my A/c
                      of only 751 Rs. the Person who done This Transaction in my A/c we both Are in same company
                      Unfortunately my company taken his Resign. & I am his Reporting Head. when i Asked Him
                      when you refund my Money that time he given me a check of three thousand rs, & remaining
                      amount i will refund you when company Seattle my A/c After the Nat Banking Transaction (751Rs)
                      He Gone to Their Nearest Branch & put The Comp lent That Transaction happened with out his
                      concern,Same day bank Blocked both A/c. My total transaction Like Debit cards,Checkbook
                      & Net Banking Are Non function able Of this Problem. when i contact to the Bank His Officials
                      Telling Me one wrong transaction happened in your A/c so we Blocked Your A/c due to other
                      person Objection.Dear sir, i want To know that if only 751 Rs transaction how can bank
                      Blocked My total A/c if other person taken objection. this is total violation of banking Rules &
                      Regulation, dear sir, i Request you to Please solve my issue As early as possible.

                          I had tried to withedraw Rs1000 therough my HDFC debit card from HDFC ATM(Shrusti chowk, pimple gurav pune) on 13the Oct, amount has been debited from my account but cash didn't come out from ATM machine. Also I didn't recived any receipt at thee same time. I waited couple of days assuming thee amount will get reversed, but it didn't happen. I have also submit a complaint to HDFC bank therough net banking, but I didn't get any reply from theem. Also tried to call customer care, theey seems always busy withe otheer customer and not responding at all. Please let me know how I get my money reversed.

                            Hi,

                            I hold a HDFC credit card from Jan 2011. I Lost my job on May 2012 and I managed to pay until July 2012. From last 5 months I dont have income and my parents dont know that I am not doing Job. My parents stay in Village and they have some health problems like BP and heart problems. From last 2 Months I am getting harassment calls and they are black mailing me even though I have clearly explained my situation. They have also sent legal notice to my native place while my billing and communication address is in Bangalore. By knowing this my father felt like anything and hospitalized.

                            In the month of july I paid 10,000 and at that time the executive told that they will convert the outstanding amount into EMI's if I pay 10,000 so I paid. After that they said we dont have such option. Daily I am getting 40-50 calls from HDFC bank people and I am missing my interview calls also unable to concentrate on my job trails. If they black mail and harass like this I have only one option: end my life by committing suicide.

                            Sir, I am MCA Postgraduate and I have 70+ percentage throughout my academic career. It is easy to clear all my debits if I get a job and I am trying like anything. Please try to understand my position and give some time. I agree that its mistake only but I never expected that i will lose job.

                              I know “We understand your world ” is the punch line of HDFC Bank.

                              But here in my case bank has not understood my problem and decline the personal loan request.

                              I don’t know why it’s been declined as I have more than 25,000 INR of my monthly salary and I have an account with HDFC (**************7463 KORAMANGLA,BANGALORE Branch), HDFC credit card (***********5026), 4 years of industry experience and also I have education loan with HDFC Credila which has already paid 8 successfully EMI’s (another 5 EMI’s are on going)

                              Also I noticed that our company will come under A list and I am staying with my brother in rented house in Bangalore.

                              Is there any specific reason that I am not at all eligible for the personal loan of 2 Lacks!!

                                At the HDFC bank Nabha there has been gross mis-selling and misleading customers in selling HDFC Life.

                                I was told that these policies will give you a return of 15% - minimum guarantee NAV of Rs 15 – and since the amount being invested is substantial it will be spread over the 5 year term and even if I choose not to make payment in the following years the NAV will still stand – WHICH IS NOT THE SAME FROM WHAT IS WRITTEN IN THE DOCUMENTS THAT I RECIEVED.

                                They were all in HDFC SL CREST

                                Here are the policy numbers and premium amount :
                                14960689 – Rs 100,000
                                14950569 – Rs 200,000
                                15118605 – Rs 150,000
                                14992439 – Rs 50,000


                                In the past 6 months I have been running from pillar to post trying to get this clarified.

                                More than half of the staff at HDFC bank has have all either left the branch (quit their job) / have put in their resignation and no one has been able to clarify this matter.

                                Mr Amit Khullar the Branch manager has been evading this whole issue for a while and without investigating he just keeps assigning people to take care of the account and washing his hands off the issue.

                                I did try to report this matter to Mr. Govind Pandey (North India head) and Mr. Dashmeet Singh (for the past 4 months but neither one of them has taken the time to come an investigate the matter.

                                I have reported this matter to IRDA – Insurance development and Regulatory Authority to investigate the mis-selling

                                I request you to kindly check practices at the bank being frustrated from this more than half of his staff has resigned or has turned in their resignation in the past few months.

                                  I parches a HIR-HONDA CD DELAX bike RAGE NO DL7SBH5485 in 2/8/2010.for 24 month EMI Rs1484. My 1st EMI was debit my salary a/c in 5/11/2010. But i already pay 1st EMI in cash to the HDFC bank executive who finance my bike from HDFC bank bike loan in the HIRO-HONDA SHOWROOM & give me cash receipt then he say that now you will pay only 23 EMI to bank .But bank debit all 24 EMI from my saliry A/C.
                                  So. Sir i request u pls refund my extra EMI amount as soon as posible to my account.

                                    This is with reference to below mentioned HDFC Credit Card Number, As on date my total outstanding is Rs 36415.63/-, though I am paying the minimum regularly every month. But my outstanding amount has been increasing month on month. After having coordination with the HDFC Bank customer care they are saying they cannot offer me settlement at this stage as I am not eligible for settlement.
                                    I have conveyed them that I am not asking to wavie certain part of my outstanding, I just want to convert it into monthly installments or convert my outstanding into easy loan so that I can knock off the entire outstanding. But still there is no response from theBank.
                                    Kindly suggest me how can I get settlment from the bank.
