[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — I WANT TO PERMANENTLY CLOSE THE CREDIT CARD

Sir, my name is manish kumar.i belongs to gurgoan. i am using hdfc credit card no-[protected].(manesar branch gurgoan haryana) i have already blocked my card but still i am getting bills for this card. as per instruction hdfc customer care i have submitted written letter to permanently close the credit card but nothing happened.please help me to permanently close the credit card and reimburse my all the bills that i have paid to this card without any purchase. thanks manish kumar [protected]

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per our records, your card ending 7912 was closed with effect from December 04, 2013. To date, your card reflects nil dues payable. We request you to share the copy of statement received to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with ref ID- TTU[protected] in the subject line and we shall assist you.

My name is Hemanth I yous hdfc credit card, but present my card is closed, i wrongly i payed 2000 in account how can i get back that money. Previously i am not no dues.

I want to closed this credit card because I do want to change my status from saving to NRO.
There is no out standing on this card so kindly give me the noc letter.
Please do it urgently, as I have already sent the broken credit card to chennai card division.

manish, kindly broken your card and send to hdfc bank at courier. that card will be deactivated automatically.
