HDFC Bank — home loan not disbursed | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I was apply a home loan to HDFC BANK since 10/07/2011 months and submitted all documents and processing fees amount of Rs 11030 as per HDFC representative Mr. somnath ([protected]) and Mr. Niranjan at the time of loan applied. At the time of introduction Mr Niranjan told me to give the discount on the processing fees but later they dont agree on that . My all documents review by branch manager Mr. Niranjan ,Marathahali branch,Bangalore and loan sanctioned 100% as per my requirement 18 L .But after that they again asked me the loan transfer amount (AROUND 5500/-) as I had taken the appartment from the person who has the loan in LIC. I already ask them from the begining regarding this and got the mail of all details where they didnot mentioned this amount and now they stopped my processing. After 8 months niether loan sanction as per my requirement and no email with HDFC. This period was very painful for me due to HDFC . Please help me regarding this and let all the consumer to avoid this kind of miss leading assurance fron HDFC.
