As per below mail today i got a call saying that sorry sir that offer is already over,so we cant provide you free 1000 reward points wht is this new stuff

1) CALLED HDFC CRED CARD DEPARTMEMNT FOR GENRAL QUERY HAD WORD WITH MR VISHAL
2) AFTER FINISHING MY NORMAL QUERY MR VISHAL EXPLIEND ME ABOUT HELTH POLICY "ON CREDIT CARD OFFER IS GOING ON SIR TAKE THIS POLICY AND ALSO TAKE HELTH CUPON (ALREADY GOT) AND 1000 REWARD POINTS WILL BE CREDITED" WHICH IS NOT DONE AND COZ OF THIS DRAMA IS GOING ON

3) I AGREED AND SAID MR VISHAL PROCEED MR VISHAL SAID I WILL ARRENGE A CALL FROM BANK
4)GOT A CALL FROM BANK HAD WORD WITH MS APARNA SHE SAID THE SAME THING 1000 FREE REWARD POINTS AND ALL I SAID OK SHE SAID NOW I WILL ARRENGE A CALL FROM HELTH REPRESENTATIVE FOR VARIFCATION

5)GOT A CALL FRM MR VISHAL HE SAID "THIS IS RECORDED CALL AND SAID ALL DETAILS ABOUT POLICY WHILE VARIFICATION ALSO I CONFIRMED ABOUT 1000 REWARD POINTS HE SAID YES SIR YOU WILL GET THAT SEE ITS A RECORDED CALL" AND ALL I AGREED

6) MY ACTUAL CREDIT LIMIT GOT BLOCK COZ OF POLICY OF 9000 RS I CALLED APARNA AND ASKED YOU SAID IT WILL BE DEBITED FROM BUFFER LIMIT IT WONT AFFECT YOUR ACTUAL LIMIT BUT IN REALITY MY RS 9000 IS IN BLOCK STAT
SO APARNA SAID NO SIR STILL YOU CAN SWIPE NOT AN ISSUE,ALSO SHE SAID "DONT TELL 1000 REWRD POINT SCHME TO ERGO ITS GIVEN BY US", WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED THEY AID NO SIR YOU WILL BE CHARGED 500 FOR OVER LIMIT SO THAT TIME I PLACED AN CANCELLATION REQUEST

7) AGAIN GIT A CALL FROM APARNA AND MR KAUSHL I SAID THEM THAT CREDIT CARD DEPT IS SAYING ME THAT ,SO MR KAUSHAL SAID ME NO SIR I AM ON THIS NO ONLY TILL 12 ANY TIME CALL ME

8) NOW WHEN I CALL ON [protected] I GET REALLY RUDE ANSWERS WE WILL ASK HIM TO CALL WHICH NEVER COMES HE IS IN THE LATE SHIFT WHY YOU ARE CALLING AGAIN AND AGAIN AND ALL, WHT KIND OF SERVICE THIS IS ??

MR KAUSHAL AND MS APARNA YOU HAVE CHEATED WITH ME AND NOW MS JYOTI AS PER TELECON WITH YOU WHERE IS YOUR CALL WHICH YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO CALL ME YESTARDAY?????

YESTARDAY MR KAUSHAL SAID ME LUCKLY HE PICKED A PHONE AND SAID NO SI NO TODAY I M TILL 12 AND YOUR PROBLEM I M GOING TO SOLVE TODAY NOW I M ON THER CALL SO I WILL CALL YOU IN 10- MINUS NOW ITS MORE THAN 24 HRS MR KAUSHAL

Sir,


A Fraud Notice has been received from your end for payment against certain purchase, it surprising for me because I have never been taken any credit card feom you. It seems that certain fraud has been occurred from your end. I have already informed customer care, by telephone and on telephonic talk concerned person has assured me that such wrong things shall be rectified but still no information has been received from your end regarding correction of wrong statement or fraud .

I would also like to know, that neither I have been applied for any credit card nor I have given any direction, then how it happens. my credit card no. is [protected] ---- STRANGE !

That in view of the aforesaid fact it is quite clear a complete fraud has been created and unnecessary mental unbalance has also been created from your end.

That in such circumstances my request to you that look the matter seriously, unless I will take legal action against aforesaid activities of related department and persons.
