[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Processing fee did not refund

Hi,
I had applied for home loan from HDFC bank ltd. Before applying for the home loan the agent (Supriyo Dasgupta) told me that it will take maximum 21 business days to process my files. For which they charged me approximately 11432/-. I had been constantly following up with the agent about the progress of my files. But they were saying it is under process for 3 months. And finally i got one notice from my seller if i wont pay his money then the deal will be cancelled. I called the bank regarding the same. why this is taking so much times. Whatever and whenever they asked me additional documents i gave them immediately. But due to their casual ignorance i could not get the home loan till the last day. But they deducted my processing fee.
Moreover looking into my financial income they told that i am eligible for 30 lacs. But after somedays they told me due to some technical issue they can give 28.47 lacs. AGain after some days they told they can give me 27.94 lacs. I am just surprised what a financial institute which is not sure what they are telling to customer.
When i contacted his manager Mr. Ripu Chopra they were just saying there was a problem with builder. But my question is if there was any problem then why they did not tell me for which i had been constantly calling them. And it was really frustrating when they don't even pick up my phone calls. giving absurd reasons.
So i gave email to Nikita.S @hdfc.com to refund my processing fee. She told it will be sent to my communication address. But never mentioned WHEN andWHICH communication address. It has been long time and she does not respond to my email after giving 2 reminder.
Now i want my processing fee back immediatley

HDFC Bank — money not refunded

This is in regards to complaint number DEL006965 filed with hdfc bank. The amount of rs. 4000 was deducted from my account when i used union bank of india atm at sec-62 noida, but the transaction was timed out and i was unable to collect any money from the atm.

i have called customer service many times, but to no avail, they jst put me on hold and my money is wasted as the number is not toll free, now the bank is saying that it will take 35 days for my money to be credited to my account, that is also not confirmed.

I had raised a Complaint for the Cancellation dated 30 th Jan 2010 of the HDFC Standard Life Insurance policy -POLICY NO : 13388859 and the Complaint No is IC2238871. I had given a written Complaint for Cancellation well with in the Free Look Period as i recieved the Documents on 24 th Jan 2010 and returned the Documents on 30th Jan 2010 to the HDFC Bank- Vijayanagar Branch Manager.They assured me about the refund of the Amount with in a week. Its been more than 1.5months now. The Concerned Bank people are intentionally delaying it and have been very negligent.

Kindly revert back to us at the earliest.

HDFC — PROCESSING FEE

DEAR SIR,

I HAD APPLIED FOR A HOME LOAN. THE PROCESSING FEE WAS Rs. 552 PER LAC. I HAD APPLIED FOR 6 LACS.
AS PER THE BANK OFFICER PROCESSING FEES WILL BE ONLY DEDUCTED IN CASE OF LOAN IS SANCTIONED OR IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO TAKE THE LOAN.
MY LOAN APPLICATION IS BEING REJECTED AND ALSO THE PROCESSING FEE IS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.

HDFC — refund of processing fees

I have taken loan from HDFC bank on the basis of my Platinum Credit card with conditions,
1-0 processing fees.
2- Reducing balance.
3- 0.8 Interest Rate.
Seema was the person who approached to me for the same.
But they have charged me Rs.700/- Processing fees.
I have not revceived Amort.
I was calling them 1st 2 to 3 days they didn't pick up the phone.
Seema was not coming on the line.
There after I spok to one executive She said from the next month (feb) it will get reverse ref-2011 no.[protected] but no reversal is done.
Then again I called up & spok to the executive She gave me other ref no [protected] & said in march-2011 it will get reverse But it not done. Today 9, march, 2011 I called up one leady executive pickup the phone I gave my all info & she cut the line. I tried once again but no one pickup the phone.
I got fed up with al this non sense.

HDFC Bank — Processing Fees

I had made a purchase of Rs 33300 on 29th of July in New Delhi 5.57PM. Instantly (within 30 mins) I got a call from HDFC asking if I wanted to convert it into EMI with no processing fees. To which I said I would call in half an hour and let them know. But when I called I couldn’t get through. Next day (30th July) I called again. The executive on the other end said the merchant hadn’t claimed the money so it couldn’t be converted into EMI and I could call on Monday/Tuesday to check and then covert the Rs 33300 into EMI for 6 months. I checked & re-checked if I would be charged any processing fees to which she explicitly said no.

Today (2nd August) I called the customer care number again and I was told that I would have to pay the processing fees as well. The executive also told me that the girl I spoke to on 30th was new and maybe gave me the wrong info. I spoke to a senior manager (Malti) also after that and she told me I wouldn’t get any waiver of processing fees.

In spite of wasting 30 mins of my time on the phone haggling with her, she refused to accept my request. She kept repeating that the scheme was valid only till the 30th and I can’t get any waiver. However, she insisted that she could take my request to convert the amount into 6 months’ EMI with the processing fees. She also told me that the executive I spoke to (on 30th July) says she didn’t say anything of this sort.
Please tell me how to bring my problem's attention to HDFC personel
I am not getting any updates from anybody
