[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — DO NOT CALL REGISTRATION

Hi Team,

I have registered for DO NOT CALL REGISTRY for HDFC bank already and i have an email confirmation from HDFC saying i have registered on 22/12/2010.

After registering for this service i started getting more calls for CREDIT CARD.
These are the list of calls that i received till now.

But non of them has taken any action to stop these calls.
Now i have a strong case against HDFC bank for harassing me with these calls in spite of registering for DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

ABHISHEK TYAGI was supposed to meet me today at my residential address to resolve the query, however that was also only false promise.
So now i will sue HDFC bank for these unwanted calls in spite of repeated complaints and your inability to stop them.

I have been facing similar issue. When I asked the caller, they say that the number is removed from the Do Not Disturb list every three months.

Facing the same problem. Loan lelo, Loan lelo. Nahi chahiye bhai Loan. HDFC me Account kholke galti kardi. The only reason I am unable to close my account is because the Staff of my Home Branch are very helpful. Even they tried to stop the calling service but some how or the other I still get the calls. If it were not for the branch staff I would have closed my account long ago.
Stupid Contact Centre people of HDFC.

I am recieving every day calls from HDFC bank even though I am in DNC list. Stupids don't understand the value of our time.

I am also getting the phone calls from these stupid guys on my dnd number, I am planning to sue them too.

Even I am facing a similar frustration even after DND registration. Truly feels bhai galti ho gayi HDFC Bank se loan lekar.
I think the issue here is more serious, there is personal data leak from bank side & I am almost 2-3 times in a week recieving calls mentioning the person is from HDFC & offering about loan. These persons call from even their private mobile numbers. Point is where do they get access to our personal data? From HDFC bank officials?
