[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Quick Remit — Non-Transfer of Fund even after continuous complaint

It is the game what HDFC people play...they hold your dollar, euros, and pounds and make short-term gains through it. HDFC is the worst bank you will find for that matter. Even my money is stuck for five days...god knows when I am going to get it back:(

My complaint is about the remit2india services...I made transaction on 6th sept and according to there SLA it should be dispatched within 3days However not it has been more than 13 days since when I am waiting my money to get transferred to my Indian Account.
I remitt money from Singapore DBS account to India HDFC account.

I have been complaining/messsaging many mato remit many-2 times...but they don't have clue...I have provided them every information they were needed...i.e Transaction ID, Remittance no...DBS Bank account statement almost 9 times...everything...but seriously I am frustrated now...don't have clue what to do...I really hate it now... ..if anyone having idea how to resolve it please help me.. use my office email id as well..AJAY.K.[protected]@BANKOFAMERICA.COM

Hi I have a bad experience with HDFC regarding the fund transfer from Singapore to India. Money got deducted from singapore account and the message is Money awaited. After a day money transferred to through NEFT but i don't where is the money gone. It is more than 2 days and no update from customer services. The customer care is totally sucks. I am wondering how they can run an organisation like this.

i was trying to register with hdfc quickremit, but they said that my ssn could not be verified and they are asking for a soft copy of ssn. is it a routine practice to ask for acopy of ssn at the time of registering?

Hello friends, Please DO NOT use QuickRemit. When I transfereed £50 from UK to HDFC my Indian NRE bank account the money got transferred in 3 days. But when I transferred £3000, the money got transferred after 20 days, that also after repeatedly sending hundreds of email to the customer center. Their customer center is one of the worst I have seen in my entire life. Once the tranfer gets delayed, they simply do not reply to any of the emails (apart from the auto generated message). The rate was much lower than the one which I booked. I heard that these guys are actually converting the money on the day when rate is high and keep waiting for the day the rate goes very low. The differnce of rate is their profit. So in my case they would have earned INR 5000 because my rate on the booking day was INR 75.00 and rate on the delivery date was INR 73.50. As a responsible citizen of the country I would like to suggest that simply do not use these corrupted services for your hard earned money, and tell the same to all your family members and friends. Jai Hind!!

I had the most bitter experience of my life with quick remit, dont do your money transfer in HDFC quick remit, they are like day robbers, my money is still with their account for last one week, though money is debited from my UK account, this bloody site says "money awaited" not sure when I am going ot get my money

Even I had a worst experience with HDFC Quick Remit to India from my US account. Although the amount is deducted from my account on Aug 30, so far I didnt see the amount is not reached to my account in India.Its been 10 days I didnt received the amout. Its ridiculous. I tried reaching to all the customer care ppl and there is no proper response. I better think other alternatives from now to send money to India.

They are simply holiding the amount till they feel its good to give..

Better think about Quick Remit while sending amount to your beloved ones in India..

Hi HDFC bank itself is the worst bank i came across in my life.Now I feel other banks like Bank of India-NRI, ICICI Bank-NRI and state bank of India, ICICI are far better.I lodged complaints but nobody gas responded from HDFC.The branch manager is just useless designation.

My father in law sending money to me in malaysia from HDFC bank to Malaysia Hong Leong Bank. on Feb 24 2014 ( 1 lakh), Feb 26 (2 lakh)
and 3 march 1 lakh 80 000 but till now i havent received the first TT till now already 7 days... Why takes so long? is it anything incomplete, and why the bank didnt call to the sender or confirm what happen and why till now i haven't received the payment yet... Please do something

Recently I created new quick remit account, it's hassle experience.
Then tried to transfer the money to india hdfc account on September 2nd 2019 from DBS account of other person. After a week or so, they called and said they can't send as sender and receiver names don't match. So I asked then to return money to my DBS account, I provided all the details they said they will send ASAP. Till today Oct 1st 2019, money not received.

Can I make a consumer complaint singapore side?
What can I do? Its really a cheating bank.
