Everyone knows who is making false statements and if it is about to take legal action, we have no. of valid reasons with proves (written, audio and video) to take actions but we won't. We would like the firm to change the habits towards its business chains from bottom to top.

and pls don't say that you have done 100+ sales. People would laugh and specially the inhouse staff.

So, just mind the business, and start giving out payments to clients and dealers.

Due to all these things, in october, you guys only managed to crack just 11 sales (hardly 3 crores in volume).

So, better, you should adapt the business sense and don't threat about legal action. We all are enough educated here. The complaint above mentioned is 100% true.

Leave everything, just answer, For maximum times, you were on 0 sales, then why your salaries were not on hold???

And kindly don't crack jokes that you made 100+ sales. Accounts books have clear no.s of each employee records.

Ms Chandni Bubber knows very well that everyone who post a complaint here at consumer forum, has already escalated issues to the concerned department but since Mr. Wadhwa is generally not in mood to release the hold salaries of the employees therefore assisting people like Shipra and Chandni are keep wasting time of employees. Both these girls and Mr. Wadhwa has no confusion among them at all about to release of hold salaries. A sales person, here at helios has to bear the following type of pressures:


1) To achieve the target by brokers or clients.
2) After sales services like getting prepared credit notes, brokerage releases etc.
3) Company takes 3 months to make credit note and sometimes, being very cunning, they don't even give the credit notes to brokers and clients as well so that later on they can cheat about brokerage slabs. Till the time period, the company doesn't provide credit note, poor sales employee has been rebuked and bear rudeness of brokers and clients as well.

4) There after, the most toughest job is to get brokerage out of Mr. Wadhwa's pocket for clients and brokers. Mr. Wadhwa takes around 2-3 years to release brokerages of nice and simple people. But in case, if there are some gunda like people, then one can expect his brokerage or discount to be received in 1 year. Due to this improfessionalism and fake commitments, poor sales employee loses his brokers network and hence need t beg from other brokers for sales. Mr. Wadhwa knows very well these things but this is actually the strategy of him.
In each meeting, he says, " apne brokers aur clients ko service do''. Brokers aur clients ko time pe paise dena are the most important after sales service. Is he a fool? Entire staff knows that it completely depends on Mr. Wadhwa. When he wishes, he release the brokerage and when he doesn't, he keeps rotating the poor fellows among his staff people like Naresh, sanjeev, Chandni etc.

Now, I ask Ms Bubber, " How many sales you have given to the company?"

You are also in sales and everyone knows that you hardly gave 10 sales in your 3 years career with company, then why your salaries have never been on hold?

Why you get expensive house rents to be paid by the company? Why you have foreign trips inspite of having poor sales background? You even don't know the difference between leasehold and freehold properties.

So, Ms. Bubber. Without giving sales and being a non performing asset, how Mr. Wadhwa has promoted you to Head - Sales & Marketing?

for this position, one must have atleast 8-10 years of experience in real estate. But you have only 3 years of experience. Everyone knows madam.

So, speak only the concrete. You have destroyed the organization.

Answers to your questions are already given by Helios Developers in a complaint u filed in complaints about business. If the answer yet seems unsatisfactory to you, u are most welcome to reach us directly so that we can sit across table. Also would make u read MOU which you is signed duly by Helios and the channel partner to start the business. The terms clearly state that once we get commission from Developer/source, only then the brokerage is paid to channel partner. However, i[censored] lack business sense and knowledge, its difficult to make you understand again.
About Chandni, u can read the statistics of her performance in sales from complaints about business again. Helios recognises and promotes each ones efforts and promotes accordingly. I[censored] were fired or asked to resign from company, certainly its cz u didn't perform. And this is one of the cheapest way one can post stuff about a company and its employees.

Mr. Kumar, its better to opt for better ways than these fake allegations on anyone.
Do not force us to take any legal action against you with such fake and wrong allegations. We have tried our best to clarify you. But certainly don't welcome any false words on company or its employees.

they dont pay discounts to clients and brokerage in time. chandni comes to bangalore with kamal wadhva. they hav money to stay in posh hotels bt dont have money to pay salaries in timme.

chandni speaks to us about sales, but she is ignorrant abt real estate.


they are very crooked people and have no ethics. dnt know hw chandni and shipra became in higher positions so fast. also there are lots of things happened in bangalore whch i am thinking whether to say or not.


mr wadhwaji resolve these problems as we want to work in a better helios atleast in bangalore.

I know about the mishappening done there but I want somebody from there to speak up.

You should share frankly.
1) By 15th of every month they start threatening the salesmen by saying that they will not give salary if sales are less this month. But at the month end, if the sales are very good also, salary comes only by 10th or 15th or even 20th.
2) They have promised the channel partners that the brokerage will be paid once the customer does the agreement, but even after 6-8 months after agrmnt, there is no pay out to them.
3) Till now no client has received the discount offered in the credit note and I think they will never get it.
4) Many o[censored]s working here was offered a salary at the time of interview, and so we quit the previous job and joined here, but the salaries we get are less than those promised.
5) When dlf was almost sold out, they took supertech project and asked us to roam around Bangalore to find channel partners (to cheat them later). We had roam all across banagalore.we were hired for sales and not for these field works, hope you remember shipra.
6) KW and Chandni comes to Bangalore and stays in posh hotels and uses posh cars, but they don’t have money for necessary expenses.
7) Chandni speaks to us like a child in the topic of real estate, I wonder how she became marketing head with very less experience, without any knowledge in this young age.
8) There was a GM called guruprasad who has done extremely huge volume of sales with our team but he was against some management policies and finally they sacked him. Then they made sudipto who doesn’t know anything about Bangalore real estate market, to sit in that chair who till now is unable to perform till now.
9) KW arranges drinks party here also, one day after drinking in the party, one of my friend was driving the car and sudipto also was in the same car and met an accident, helios did not give even 1 rupee to him, he spent around 1 lac from his pocket for the settlement.
10) They even forge the signatures of clients, in booking forms which is a crime in india can be penalized . I believe they don’t know that.
MR WADHWA AND CHANDNI, PLEASE SOLVE THESE ISSUES, or else there wont be any progress in your Bangalore branch.
@BlrPrabhash...Dear buddy, good to see some more truth and facts about Helios Developers. DO you know, there are brokers in Noida who worked for helios in[protected] but still helios didn't pay their brokerage. They keep coming to their office in Noida (earlier at Faridabad), but nobody replies to them. They are so rude and do misbehave with the brokers. There was a time when the brokers had bookings. At that time, Wadhwa used to send his doc boys to collect booking amount cheques and application form. He never provided such kind of services for brokerage release to the same brokers who gave him bookings and made him rich. Do you know, a broker or client generally has to visit 30 times at Helios office then they do something for the discount or brokerage. Shameful. We have created a facebook page also to know each client, each broker and each employee about this shameless company.

Due to this, now IT people have started selling the leads to general market so that they business will diminish one day and then they should realize how much important these brokers, clients and employees are.

Shipra is a poor and girl. I bet she can't survive anywhere as she would have to do hardwork. But here at Helios due to The owner and her friend, she is enjoying her life. She and her friend never does any work and So called Head - Sales and Marketing, says in earlier comments that she had done 100 sales. Bewakoof banate hain ye log. Nihayati badtameez hain ye sab.

Mr Wadhwa has to pay each and every penny he has been holding for longer time to his clients, brokers and all employees who have ever worked with him. If he doesn't do the same, he and of course the supporting shameless people like chandni and shipra would be penalized in the court. We have all evidences. Just we want them to realize what blunder they are continously doing. They should realize first about their sin and should beg apologies to all.
