[Resolved]  Hero Honda Motorcycle — Regarding Service

I want to complained hero honda motorcyle agency based in gurgaon name Jasoda Sale & Service, Marh 2,2008 i did sevice of my bike but they break my bike when i complained this work they behave very bad with me, when i meet senior person of agency they are not redy to listen to me. They listen only their employees and relie them, when i request more than they recieve my complained on March, 7 2008 at 2:00 PM. And gave me bike on 6:15 Pm but problem is proper and no one want to listen to me.
In this situation what can I do?

Hero Honda Motorcycle — Service Engineering not responding

Dear Mam/Sir,
Earlier I have give my complain regarding the change of my back shock absorb.At that time the service engg from bhubaneswar, orissa told me that I will personally check your vehicle but after february 15th but still now I am waiting for his call.My back shock absorb is creating problem.Requesting you to kindly look into this mattter and instruct me what to do.

Hero Honda Motorcycle — not receive claim till now

some one stolen my moter cycle on dated 28-6-08 i also registered complain regarding that at reliance general insurance departmentand the representative collect all the document from me but till now i haven't receive my claim

i want to complain hero hona manufacture coz its gives poor average ...i purchase splendor plus one year ago ...4 months they give average of 50...55 per kilo meter than average is down ...and gives only 30 to 40 only ...many times i go to authorised dealer .but they cannot solve my problem ...so ...what i can do ..guide me...i

I am to inform you with respect that when i purchased new splender plus alloy wheel from Auto Needs Gurgaon on 30th November 2008, then many promises did by agency person but unfortunately i am facing a lot of problem like over flowing etc.
I visited your agency which is located Bhiwadi three times but no step had been taken so far and instead of satisfying me agency person misbehaved with me.
I request you kindly do something for me so that my problems may sort outed as soon as possible.

My Complaint is about Hero Honda Super splender. Reg. No. is UP32 BZ 2813. the service provided through Sunil Auto sales Lucknow. Since purchase this bike have a noice in engine and average is not satisfactory. Now manager of servicing deptt. Mr. ravi told me that this engine will be repaired on charged basis . The spenses is near about 2, 500/- which may exceed. Sir I purchase this bike in faith of HERo Honda Company and they assure by advertisement and other medium that the engine's of Super Splender has three years. So please help me in this matter.
Mr. Ravi didn't give me the area manager mobile no. and said woh kya kar lenge.bike repair karani ho to pehle bike ke saath 2000/- jama karo.
Please clear me that if I awail my services through Sunil auto Sales who is the authorised service center of Hero Honda Company then who will responsible for this fault because they assure me every time after servicing and oil changing all fault of my bike will remove .
please take personal interest in this matter. I am greatful to you.

I am having Glamour model Hero honda motor byke.
My question regarding the servicing centre:-

My 3rd servicing was due on 15.02.09. I went to have byke servicing on 08.04.09.
Servicing centre (Barrackpore Motors, Kolkata-- Reg No 10237) did not allow for 3 rd servicing instead went for 4th servicing. My question whether the 100 days or some kms mentioned in the manual is for the customers' benefit for maintaining the byke or it is for the service centre to allow the servicing?
please advice at the earliest.

You coupon is post payable by hero honda motors ltd. new delhi if days or kms are more then written on manwal they will not pay to the service center please try to take service by time its good for your bike too.

Myself is Rajib Prasad Paswan I just purchase a CBZ Extreme Motor Bike Frame No:MBLKC12EC9GJ01310 from Amit Motor Cycle PVT LTD, Prince Anwar Shaw Road, Kolkata on 18.09.2009.But After 2 days running of my bike i realized some bad noise from my bikes back side shocker (Like Kach Kach).For This I went to the the showroom for repair my bike and there they send me to the service center, but in the service center the supervisor told me to kept my bike for 2 days to complete my work.My Question is here to The Hero Honda Authority that
1. Is this called a new bike that running for 3 days and kept in the service center for 2 days.
2.What the hell you are providing for your new customer who just purchase a bike and don't get the registration no at all.
3.I know hero Honda for a good service industry that why i just sold my Bajaj Discover to bye a new bike but i think that i am wrong.


If this Complain Is going to Hero Honda Authority Please Check my Complain not for me but for the future of Hero Honda as early as early..

i Have purchase the herohonda bike spl ng from singla auto mobile dwarka & finance to bike from hdfc bank ref by gulshan (singla auto mobile).but i dnt agre with singla auto mobie couse i have purchase at dted 15-10-09 and paid amt 16100 rs but nt provide me temp Rc & Toolkits or firstaid kit.i have already three time visit for all things ref by company.he tell me you comes after 15 days he same reply me continu.pls i req you solve my problem urgently cause my work i fildwork so i dnt go in field without papers.

hero honda splendor plus motorcycle — for back shocker

I have purchased my bike on dt 31.03.2009 After 2 free servicing i feel my bike takes extra jump on riding . I give my bike to agency (Kamal moter's Gonda UP 271002) for miner servicing . But I am not staisfied from my bike's riding.The back shocker changes two times by the agency but they not work properly as new shocker done. Now I want that please suggest to agency to check my bike properly and change my back shocker for comfort driving as new bike .

And would like to inform you that i have purchase the bike " PASSION PLUS" from sarkhej on 21st of sep. 2010, my bike no. is Gj 1 Lk 515 . I wants to complaint about HeroHonda service. As per condition, There are 6 services are given chargeless by company within 1 year..i have already done it 3 times, but now they nither take any responsbility nor given proper kind of reply from SEEMA MOTORS.Entirely, I totally disdatisfied with their service
.I m doing fieldjob, kindly understand my issue and request you to solve it as soon as possible..Otherwise I have to rush towards consumer court
