[Resolved] Hindustan Lever Ltd - Pure It Water Filter — Request for battery change | |
Have been requesting for changing the battery in the Pure - it water filter. The service engineer has been calling me for the last one week to say that he is coming in the evening to do the job. But the person doesnot turn up in the evening, with the result we need to wait for him at home. We now repent for having purchased this product of Hindustan Lever Limited, which has a very very bad service back-up team. This attitude of the engineer is totally ...totally frustating. I would like to inform that whosoever wants to buy this product of HLL, pls dont go by the company name. You will be buying peace if you dont venture to buy. Was this information helpful? | |

PureIt Water filter Hindustan Lever — PureIt Water Filter Complaint
Sir i have complaint for pureit water filter on 4th october 2010 and after that a person has approached our house on 6 october 2010 but after asking a lot he has not disclosed his name and he check the water filter but after checking he said that he will come again but after asking a lot also he has not disclosed the problem. i do not understand that what is actually the problem with our water filter why company is behaving in such a way why they are not telling us the problem. why they are keeping us in dark. i just want to asking that who is responsible for any mishappening to my family . What is actually problem with this water filter.I beleave this company hindustan lever is a froad company and they keep their customers in trouble. The water thier water filter filters is just not safe for drinking. That is why they are trying to hide this fact.I have never seen such a fake company in my life. I am cheated by this company. what i want is that a strict action should be taken against this company and the person they sent for survey should tell there name and his details because this is my right.

Really worst and frustrating customer service from the PureIt supplier in Anna Nagar East, Chennai. They are just selling the product and they dont know about the customer service / satisfaction. This is my case. My battery life has gone so i decided to buy new one and i went to that shop and asked for the battery. They said staffs are not available and so please come tomorrow. All along the way i have to go more than 5 kms from my home to reach there. Then i thought i ll get the battery t'row so gladly went back to home. Next day i came to same shop and one of the person said that today only we put order so you can come & buy t'row. It was very pathetic and frustating and went back. Again i went today and they said stock has not yet come. What a customer service ya...wow gr8 service.. Please my personal advice is that DONT PURCHASE PUREIT IN YOUR DREAM ALSO...
I, Mukesh Singh, Inspector of Income-tax, Hyderabad ([protected]) purchased Pureit water purifier on[protected] from the sales executive. But there was some leakage problem in that. Suddenly, I filed a complaint to the custom care executive. My complaint had been transferred to Mr. Raju (Job attending engineer, having mobile no.[protected]).To my great satisfaction Mr. Raju attended the complaint very quickly (with in 2 hours) and made it ok.Thanks to the Pureit team for such a wonderful response. My best wishes is with "Pureit team" (Specially Mr. Raju). Long live "PUREIT".
I agree with that. I am also following for Pure it since 29th Nov. 10 (Residing in pune). The commitment is within 2 working days. I have booked the complaint atleast 5-6 times, but everday I am getting the response that you will get it by evening, but that evening till date not come. Atlast I have purhased from buying personally at fitted. Customer care is too worst. I was having interaction with Girish, Rohit waghmare, The responses them was like they don't care anythinh about Hindusthan Unilever. They are not doing their job for what they are paid for.

i mr. bipin brahmbhatt has purchase pure it of Rs. 2000.00 for my mother & father in 2008, it was works properly up to june 2009 in month of july 2009 i have change battery through your outhorised dealer from visnagar . that battery works for two month only, again i had change the battery in september now battery is over again, every time i have paid Rs. 365.00 for battery .

Hindustan Lever Limited — Pureit Water Purifier
I have bought new Hindustan Lever's Water purifier on 09-Jan-2011, and I have lodged the complaint to assit me in using the purifier as we are not able to fix the purifier (proabably a manufacturing defect with the purifier) but however till date(14-Jan-2011) no body as come to attend the complaint and on top of it i got a message that the complaint was resolved, I have called their customer care several time but they would say 1 day, 2 hrs, 3hr etc and we get a message saying that the complaint would be resolved in 48 hrs , we are not able to believe what they are saying,Approximately i have called them 5 to 6 times but they are not bothered at all to assit the customersI think i have made a wrong choice in picking up this purifier

The customer service person told me 2 weeks back that he would be coming, everytime I called he would say that he was on his way but never turned up at my place. Then I registered with their call center and told them that I have a blue and grey water purifier so I wanted a grey or blue stand with legs ( I had seen it in Mumbai ). The service person came with a brown legless stand. I sent it back now they say they do not have a grey or blue stand with legs. I am fedup.

I THINK THEY ARE SHAMELESS COMPANY, FOR PEOPLE WHO KNOW THE CHAIRMAN SHOULD SEND HIM THE COPY OF THIS LIST OF COMPLAINTS, IF HE HAS SOME SPINE HE SHOULD SEE TO THESE COMPLAINTS.
