[Resolved]  Hitachi Service Center, — service delay

Dear Sir/Madam, This is with regards to the service your company provides for Hitachi Air con.I have a contract with your company for the service of 2 Ac's in my home.This is the 4Th year i am signing such a contract.The problem is that every time we get a call giving us the time and date for the service to be provided but the service man do not come, he will call late in the evening to say he got delayed and will take an appointment for the next day and again the next day the same problem occurs.But this time the problem was even worst.I got a call and the appointment was fixed and latter no one called for almost a weekand when they called latter i told them that we are not sitting idle to keep waiting, at lea ts they need to inform us regarding the delay. i asked them to let me speak to the manager but they never let us speak to him thy have been promising to come on time and have been doing the same mistake again and again.The last time a man came in and said he came for Hitachi service, my husband thought that we had asked him to come he was about to start the job when i came to the room and seen the man.Now there was no call and no appointment taken at all how come this man enters the house with out intimating or fixing an appointment before coming.If they feel like coming anytime they like then why do you need to call and fix the time, do they consider us as people who are idle and waiting for them the whole day.i have been facing this prblem for a long time i hope youll look into the matter as soon as possible and take quick action.thnks Mrs Godinhocc/F/08service divisionDate 7/7/08Ref no HHLI/Sr. No.050Delers name national Aircon

We Want Service Our Plasma TV

I have been in regular contact with your people about my hard disk, they have been telling me it will reach to you by tomorrow, tomorrow from last three days. Yet i have not received my hard disk please can you see to it.

We have a 42 '' Hitachi Plasma Monotor in hyderabad-Computer science corporation recently it gives colour problem please let me know any service center and service personal in hyderabad.
I RAKSHIT GOEL HAD BOUGHT 2 SPLIT AC'S AND 1 REFRIGERATOR FROM YOUR DEALER IN JAGADHRI-135003 ARUN ELECTRONICS ON 20/03/2009.
1 OF THE AC'S IS NOT WORKING FINE.THERE IS NO AIR FLOW AND COOLING IN THAT AC.
WE HAD COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES TO YOUR DEALER HERE AND 1 EXECUTIVE COMES TO CHECK.HE ALWAYD DO FAKE PROMISES AND ASSURED US THAT HE WILL GET THE IT CHANGED WHEN HE COMPARED THE COOLING OF BOTH THE AC'S.
SO THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO KINDLY REPLACE THE KIT OR INCREASE THE COOLING AND AIRFLOW.
I AM ALSO AFRAID TO SAY THAT IF NO ACTION HAD BEEN TAKEN FROM YOUR SIDE I WILL GOTO MEDIA AND CONSUMER COURT.

compressor gets trip automatically
Dear Mam/Sir,
This is to inform you that i had registered my request for the service of my 1.5ton Split AC on 31/07/2012 and was told that within 48hrs your engineer will contact me, but sorry to say till date nobody has contacted me despite of my regular calls to your service centre.I am really very very disappointed with your services.My AC is dripping water like anything and can't help this.
Please do help me out.
