[Resolved] Hitachi Split Air Conditioner — after installation AC not working | |
I bought 2 split 1.5 ton hitachi AC from company direct billing .Durga electronics in Pitam pura Delhi Installed the ACs. After two days when we switched on the AC there was no cool air from them. we complained to Hitachi some executives came and said it is not company fault only the Durga electronic will mend the complaint. when we contacted them they said it is not their fault only the company will do this.Where to go and what to do ? now there is further twist to the story.
1) Earlier they were asking for my contact details which i refused as this should be in their system as first free service has been provided. after 2 days they say they have tracked my AC and have my contact details
2) Now HHIL regional service manager new Mumbai informs me that 3 free services during warranty period of 12 months are obligatory and provided only when asked by the customers and not binding on HHIL . The customers have to phone them and make a request everytime to avail free service . Have you anytime heard of this type of requirement from any other AC manufacturer? Pl note no where on their website this is mentioned nor it is on warranty pages on manual

I had purchased an Hitachi Air conditioner from one of your dealers in Bhubaneswar namely Bluray Solutions.
The grill of this 1.5 ton ac was broken from the beginning and I am not getting any positive response to replace the same from the dealer as well as your service center.
The behavior of your attendants is very miserable. They keep on giving times but never turn up. Moreover after getting their pockets filled they just don’t care about the customers.

Hitachi AC split — not cooling
I have purchased 0.90split AC from M/s Rathna Fan house, T.Nagar Chennai Feb 2011. But the AC is not much cooling now. Hence I request that split Ac must be rectify as earlierBy S.Valluvan Chennai [protected]

Hitachi home &life solutions (India )Ltd — no free service provided to my quadricool 1.5 T Ac
Quadricool 1.5 ton Ac was purchased & Installed by HHLI service centre at my residence on 23-05-11 after painstaking trouble for installation follow up I had posted my views on this very site and I had written to their MD about very very poor service of their ACs & my experience during installation. I had also expressed to their MD that I dont know as to what is in store for me in coming months of warranty. My fear has come true.First free service was provided[protected]. Threafter till date no service engineer has turned up for further service. Now when I wrote to their customer care I am being asked about my contact details & address. This is rediculous. I am a senior citizen and cannot dance in tune with HHLI attitude towards the customers. They should have all the details as they have installed the AC and already provided me with the first service.
I wanted to post the copy of the letter written by me to their MD in may 23-05-11 at this site . If readers wish this can be done. Now what is really needed that forums like yours should take up these issues of poor customer service (AC products)of HHLI to highest level including print and TV media so that prospective customers are precautioned about this company's attitude towards product quality and service. Their company's slogan is "" Inspire the next"" Definetely with this type of service & attitude the customers will be inspired to move away from HITACHI. This is not expected from a company of HITACHI fame. It is high time that HHLI learns a lesson from Premier Automobiles from Kurla mumbai.
