Homeshop18 — Product Not Found

Hi Friends,

Today (28 June 2013) I ordered "Huawei E3121 3G Data Card" from "Homeshop18.com" website. My Order Number is:[protected]
Name Bhoopesh

I have purchased this item using my Ingvysya Netbanking, INR 1649 had been deducted after completing the order.

But unfortunately i submitted my Pincode wrong in shipping address. When i called to Homeshop18 customer care ([protected]) One executive named "Shelly" received my call i explained my problem that i want to change my shipping address what i need to do?
First she asked everything about my product, order number, My Name, and shipping address. I explained each thing in detail.
Afterwards she replied me it is not possible to change your address, i was surprised to hear these lines. Then i asked what is the possible solution to get my product "Huawei E3121 3G Data Card" She replied i can't help you out for this. I request her to talk her manager but she just disconnected my phone.

Now I am feeling cheated by Homeshopshop 18. There is no way to get back my money or product. It seems i lost my 1649 INR.

I suggest you to all never go for shopping at Homeshop18, These people have no sense of talking and there is no customer satisfaction.

It was my first experience with Homeshop18 :( :(

i phone — I want to change the Product

Hi,
I have received an I phone at the cost of 1949 incl postage charge.The following items has not been reced on 13 Nov 2009:
(a) Data Cord (b) Free gift Rs. 500/- GC,
The product given to me is substandard. I want to change my Product. I want E-Phone Offer Prise Rs. 4,999/-and M.R.P is Rs. 31,000/-.I am trying to talk so many time with Customer Care but always got unhappy. Kindly do need full and give me your contact number to contact you imdtly.

I HAVE ORDER A PRODUCT BEETEL COMPUTER SPEAKER. ORDER NO[protected] THEN I RECEIVED IT IN DAMAGE CONDITION.
AFTER RECEIVE THIS PRODUCT I SEND FOR REPLACEMENT INCLUDE MY OWN COURIER CHARGES. AFTER 7 DAYS THEY SEND SAME SERIAL NO PRODUCT IN SAME DAMAGE CONDITION.

I m sure u will not loss ur money.. if overall address is correct then keep watching... they always ship via bluedart or first flight... after 2 days of shipped.. u contact that courier via phone and explain about the wrong pin code... I think there will be no problem i[censored] written wrong ur city pin code but its matchful just like.. patna 800001 but new patna 800014... or i[censored] written whole pin code wrong.. then don't get tensioned.. product will not be delivered and return to homeshop18 after 15 days money can be seen in ur bank account .. it will be automatically refund..

As your product is in verified stage still, hence it is possible to change the pin code for the address provided by you.

I have ordered a Spice Mobile Handset on 13 April, 2015 which was delivered to me on 17 April, 2015. I got a faulty handset having problem of auto off specially while plugged in for charging. Ii want to replace the same.

hi I ordered a PS2 DVD on 24th OCT and Home shoppe quoted me taht they will deliver the package after 11 days. This is ridiculous as ideally it should be 3 to 4 business days. Please esclate this. Thanks Hashim
