[Resolved]  Honda Jazz — complaint against dealer linkway honda for servicing

Dear sir,
I am very sorry to say that service of your dealer linkway honda is pathatic they say we offer free home pick up and delivery. they give appointment and their driver starts from their office at that time they do not understand importance of time of others today they gave me appointment at 10.30 am for pick up but their driver was at service center at that time i am professional practising ca how can i wait till he comes i have given appointments to my client after 11.30 am so i ask them not to send now driver
in case of last servicing they say u will get delivery by 8.30 pm but later on called me and said sorry u will get definitely tomorrow 8 am but delivered me at 10.3 am

sales manager of link way honda Mr Raj never picks up his mobile and attend the customer even on land line at 10.3 am he was not available operator says he has not yet come to office
secondly there is no service center on western suburb we request company to have service center at western suburb Mumbai so that we will not require pick up service we can go and ourselves deliver the car

i hope u will attend my complaint immediately
