Honda Jazz — not delivering the booked car honda jazz vxcvt

This letter is in regard to the poor level of customer service with high customer dissatisfaction.

I’m forwarding a complaint regarding the service of palace honda, kayamkulam, (Evoor south, ramapuram), alappuzha, kerala

I would like to inform you that i have booked a car (Jazz-vxcvt) at palace honda, kayamkulam on 28/12/2018 and the date of delivery was on 10/01/2019. But on the delivery date the dealer informed me that they could not deliver the car on that date. The gm, mr. Sajan, palace honda, kayamkulam is not delivered the car till this date. The dealer concerned is highly irresponsible and i feel that i’m cheated.

I’m very disappointed with the poor service and i hope that you look into the matter immedietely and either deliver the car immediately or refund the money at the earliest.
