Respected Sir, Sub: Unsatisfied service and response from your dealer, LANDMARK HONDA, S.G.Highway, Ahmedabad. With reference to above I would draw your attention that I have Honda Jazz Car having registration no. G.J.18-AM-8007. While I am going to Kalol from Ahmedabad by my car on 5th December, 2012 around 7.30 pm, suddenly in a running car some wiring problems occurred and wiring of my car totally fired at the place and so many people gathered there and show it which adversely impact on reputation of your company. I informed to your dealer landmark Honda and they took my car by Crain to their service station at the same time. On 6th December, I contacted to the manager and explain the same matter and requested him to do needful. But the manager of your showroom did not give me satisfied answer. I left my car there to solve the problem and to repair the same. I regret to inform you that till date your manager has not given me a positive response for the same so please you requested to take the matter in your attention and take necessary action for the same. Please do needful for the same and provide me satisfactory service. I also further informed you that I am servicing my car regularly at the same place. *While Servicing I also informed and requested to your dealer to take proper attention for wiring problem of my car since last* *18 months *. But your dealer has not taken due care for the same and because of mistake of your dealer I have to suffered this problem. If your dealer has taken due care for the same while servicing my car I would not suffer the same problem and reputation of your company also not adversely impact. Landmark Honda — price slash protection
dear siri have bought new honda city car SMT model from landmark honda rajkot , on 12/6/11. company has hide the information that they are reducing rate, and within 48 hours of delivery , they have reduced rate by 66000/- . now when i am asking for refund they are denying and giving no response,
i am genuine customer of honda car. i have paid advance cheque as per their term and took delivery, but within 48 hours if company reduced rate by this huge amount, as a customer i should get refund.
please help me in getting this refund from landmark honda rajkot. my car detail is as per below

Landmark Honda — Poor Service
The car is with dealer since from last four months. I had complaint about noise when start of car in morning as especially in winter . I had complained for the same in Feb 2010. The dealer cannot find out the problem till March 2011. Before 4 Months back they are able to locate the problem & told me for engine overhauling . This was really very hard to understand as the car usages are less than 1 lack KM. I had given them the approval for the same on 13th April. Every time I am getting false delivery commitment till date.
