[Resolved]  Honda Scooters And Motorcycles Pvt Ltd. — Problem Of Chain set from very first day of purchase

I had purchased a new Bike of honda make honda stunner in july 2008 and from the very first day I am facing problem of chain set not working properly and i had came this in the notice of authorised Service centre service manager a several of times but the problem was not resolved.I had spend alot of time at service centres and even in every service job card i had told thenm about the same they had resolved it.i also had approached to higher authorities of honda and they commited me to resolve it asap but they fail to fulfill their commitment, And now they are saying that you have to replace the chain set by paying charges for the same but this is not right way to resolve the problem<so sir you are requested to pls resolve it at your end.I am also attaching the mail that i had send to Honda Scooters and Motercycles Pvt Ltd.

Motorcycle — very late delivery

my bike was suppose to come from pune(deccan branch) to goa in 3 days as per the staff who took the booking but it took 11 days and that to it was not a home drop, i had to collect it from one of the centers. Besides it when i called them in between i was misguided and fake assurances were given at all the times. When i asked for their phone number of goa office, they gave me the number for latur's office. It was a real mental pain as people were simply playing blame game. it was areal durgati
i had purcased a Honda Activa bearing Frame No-ME4JF083A98656971 & Engine No-JF08E5688278 from Hari Motors Pvt Ltd, Balasore(Orissa) on[protected] but unfortunately the engine was ceased on 28-08-09 on same date i was informed to Harimotors & next day i was taken Activa Scoty by a TATA AC to Hari Motors i.e on 29-8-09, he told me on same day, i will sent message through mail to our company if company give positive sign then i will cover the warranty otherwise you have to payment.

Your are requested to a necessary positve instrction given our dealer as early as possible

i have purchaced a honda stuner in oct 2009 from rajendra honda (100 futa road shahdara delhi-32). bt i am facing the spedo meter problem from last 6 months. but they did not give the proper responce... on workshop they told us come after 1 weak or after 4000 km or metre not available.i have given complaint on every service. bt they did nt take any action...kindly take a necessary action...

so many honda 2 wheeler showrooms we can see all over india. most of the dealers gave there phone numbers also.some of the numbers are other 2wheeler comanys showroom number.my demand is make sure that no. given by deler is current or existing.pls make an order that publish there tele.number with area code in the dealershie list.

I had started the purchase of a Honda Activa. The service right from the purchase of Honda activa was highly disappointing. This pathetic situation is omnipresent in all the branches of Chennai. At one branch the abuse was to the extent that i had asked the refund of the full cash payment that was made earlier. This happened at JSB Branch in Anna Nagar. The next was in Kun Honda Adayar, the service personnel had promised the Scotter to be delivered on Monday 3.00 PM but now this deadline has been extended. Unless the customer is treated with dignity it will by high time for you to shut business in India. The high time for looking into the customers with care has to be addressed immediately and very seriously.
This is the third time that i am facing such issues.
Please rectify this attitude as soon as possible.

for you to prevail better sense.

The fact of the case is that I, Mr. Gokuldas, booked on 14/12/2010
for a new Honda Activa Dlx. Scooter under Booking No. M-15313 by making
initial advance booking payment of Rs. 1000/- vide Receipt No.4094 at your
B.O: M/s. OM SAI AUTOWORLD, Mahim Causeway, Reti Bunder, Mahim(W),
Mumbai-400 016.

It was intimated by your B.O. staff at the booking time that
here will be only a waiting of 8 to 9 months from the date of booking.

However, now from the date of my booking, near about one year
passed, and I have been waiting & waiting, but, till date, delivery of the
vehicle have NOT been done by your B.O., even though full
payment for the vehicle of Rs. 52, 985/- has been made by me on
10/10/2011. Now, in addition, near about two months going to be
completed from the date of my making full payment, but till date
I have not received delivery of the vehicle.
When finally I visited the said show room for taking delivery of
the vehicle, one Ms. Kanchan assured that within 10th December’11
delivery of the vehicle will be made to me positively.

Now today i.e. 6/12/2011 from M/s. OM SAI AUTOWORLD
phone call came to me intimating that delivery of the vehicle
cannot be made within 10th December’ 2011.

Sir, one thing I would like to ask is that whether you are
manufacturing the most prestigious vehicle like Rolls Royce or the
most Indian demanded vehicle like Swift Desire? Even the Swift Desire
vehicle delivery does not take more that 9 months from the date of booking.
In my case for a gearless scooter I have been waiting for taking delivery
of the vehicle from about one year from the date of my booking!
This is really, really ridiculous!

I, therefore, finally request you to make delivery of the vehicle
immediately to avoid likely legal action to be taken against you like
for misleading, wasting of my time & money and also for the harassment
made to me by your Company.

I am your a true customer and booked a Honda shine on November 2, 2011. I need the honda bike very urgent as i am a government employee i request you to give me the bike next day after reading this comment .if you are not able to give the bike as early as possible then why are you take the advanced booking payment rs1000 from the customers and the curiosity of the bike gets down when he does not get the bike on time so please make note on this otherwise the customers get confused weather buy Honda bikes due to the late delivery not because of quality...I booked honda shine from ATUL CARS, Aurangabad(Maharashtra) booking date:2nov 2011 they are not able to tell me when i get bike .so kindly think on that...

Good Morning..
I am your loyal customer from 2004. I have purchaed honda activa that time. Which i have sold last week. I want to purchase Activa again, but i am very much surprised with the rate as they are changing city to city. I want to know ex showroom price of activa dlx in Madhya Pradesh. As i enquired last month, the quotationt they are giving now is +700 from the quotation they have given me on september last. As the season is started & may be they are taking some premium amounts from customer. I required correct rates from your side as i checked on net also but cant able to get the same.
Request you to please do the needful as my family members are asking for suzuki access but i want to purchese activa again.

My activa scooter develop a problem. It stops while riding and then it does not start since last couple of days. I have got my vehicle serviced in Nove2012. Possible reasons may please be communicated.
Still waiting for the battery bracket to be delivered at 21 honda so that i can get my honda activa from the dealer...its pathetic...even after puuting written complaint, it is almost now more than 5 days, still the part has not reached to the dealer. The dealer has placed am order feb 18th and today it is 9th March...I anm trying your toll free number since morning, no one is picking up the phone to update me on the same. Mr. Rakesh has committed me that part will get delivered today...Please call immidiately on [protected] or mail me update on [protected]@yahoo.com.
