Honda2WheelersIndia — Poor Customer Service

I booked Honda Activa at Hasan Honda , Pondichery on 09th Oct 2009 & they assured that they will deliver in 2 months. Even after 4 months ( 03 Feb 2010 ) the vehicle not delivered & whenever I check with dealer , I will get some usual excuses. I tried to contact Honda Head office thro phone[protected] but no one picks the phone. Luckily I got once , but the receptionist replied as Tea Time. Mail sent to Honda , but no luck till date. This is the level of service offered at Honda..

I have purchased a Honda CBR250R, ever since I have purchased the bike I have been facing problems. There have been 2 warranty claims and no one at the HQ delhi or Pune (branch office) is interested in resolving the issue. All i have to say is honda as a company sucks!!! big time!! I never ever want to buy a honda ever again.
I'm Mr.karthick, my bike number is TN 18 W 8164, I bought DIO bike from JSP HONDA at Annanagar, Chennai, before 5 months back but now am getting noise from my engine wile i contacted with the JSP People i didn't get good response from the dealer. Now my bike TN18 W 8164 is at the service center but still the issue(engine problem) was not cleared to me. I'm totally unsatisfied with you people. Please make the necessary ASAP.

Hi, I bought Honda shine in Feb 2013, till today i raid 7000kms but from the starting day to today my rear break was not working properly, i had two free services in Honda showroom but they not fix my prob. worst service

Please find the attachment photographs of my Bike MH 01 BG 9033 Honda Dream yoga.This is Sajid Shaikh using the Honda Dream Yoga bearing registration No-MH01BG9033. I had purchased the vehicle on[protected] & driven the bike around 3700/km, but regret to inform you that during this short period of time I had faced lots of problems & very upset with the product quality. In this period steering handle color coating peeling off. Rust formation around on foot rest, silencer & chain sprocket. During my first service had complained of oil leakage from engine area. For this dealer informed me that it will be repaired on cash basis. I had informed that I have a vehicle warranty but they are saying thatoil leakage is not covered under warranty & hence BLOCK PACKING is not covered under warranty.As iam working in an Automobile industry i felt like laughing
Kindly look in to matter & update me.and also note head light high Beam switch is not working & the same reason was given for the H/L SWITCH.pls conform me urgently.i haven given my bike for second free service at kurla workshop .pls given me in writing that all things are not cover urgently.also note. after service my fuel gauge not showing .and i visit to cotton green jhaveri honda he told me that all the broplem will solve on 4 to 5 days.pls i want clear all my problem fast.pls revert back. urgently pls let is know this is old stock bike.

Automobile harsh nagar ' near bank of india, court road etawah in the name of my father Shri vijay kumar agarwal R/O, 58, PAnsari tola Etawah on 27.04.2010 having chasis no. of vichele is ME4JC446DA8204271. today when i gone to the work shop of your company for repairing my scooter the work shop manager and your authorised dealer mR. mahere have give us no responce for the same. when i said to him for reparing my scooter and ask him for estimate of expenses the work shop manager abused me in sameless words and saying that i am not your servant so i can not repair your scooter. i am very heart by the attitute of your work shop manager. then i ask to Mr. mahere authorised dealer of your company but he is also give no response to me for my complaint. so this complaint to take necessary action against your company authorised dealer and his work shop manager for their misbehaviour from companies customer. please take necessary action against him and inform me earlier, other wise i am compell to go to the court against your authorised dealer and the company. i hope that you are solve my problem earlier. my mobile no. is [protected].and my email id is advocate.[protected]@yahoo.com

Sir, I am ( Ramankutty K.A.) a retired person & a Sr. Citizen presently residing at Ottapalam, Palakkad, Kerala having a Activa Scooter (White) Bearing Registration NO. KL 08 AV 6648 purchased on 26.09.11.
On 8th Oct.2013, I being my Activa for its service & other repairing works at ther nearest Service Center at Ghani Motors, Opp. Sitaram Motors, Manapullykavu, Karigarapully ( about 40 Kms. distance from my residence) the person who had prepared the Job card the problems which an sound from the front wheel/show cup, Service, and full checkup with change any damage parts & recorded all the rectification reported by me vide their Job Card No.17793 dt.8/10/2013 at 8.45 AM at an estimated cost of f Rs.700/- approximately (prepared by one of Mr. Sarun) and the delivery of vehicle given at 5.00 PM, when I reach Service center at 3.45 PM for delivery & query of the repairing works, I shocked, the vehicle is standing where I am handed over for its service. I asked the official available in service center the reason for non attending the vehicle, they are unable to answer . The person who prepared the job card said that the Mech not well for doing the works. It is also seen in front Service Center all the vehicles booked for service/repairing works on same day done accept my vehicle and another one more Acitva.
The person who had prepared the job card bring the vehicle to to their Service workshop, & return within 20-25 minutes and to me works has carried when I checked vehicle it is found that the water service has done and not to any other repairing works as per their job card.
Sir, I think such practice being done with the customers & taking an huge amount from them and not to attend the works properly. So please do the needful action, such practice be done with customers, If possible a mail to ID mat be posted - [protected]@gmail.com
i am khaja khan, i had buy honda activa in amaravati honda guntur on jan 31 2015. Till now i didn't received my bike papers. Today is 16 mar 2015. I have already complaint to the showroom, but they r not responding. So, plz take my complaint and give my bike papers. My ph: [protected]
