Hotspot — Complaint against HotSpot on service

Complaint against HotSpot

I have purchased a NOKIA 5130 had set mobile on 21/03/2009. While dealing with the purchase of the same, the retailer has offered for a scheme which is called HotSpot Mobicare under the same offer hotspot providing two years of accident/Liquid damage warranty for which HotSpot has charged me additional Rs. 1000 on top the price of the mobile.
On 17th of August’09 my Mobile was dead and initially I went avail the normal warranty thru Nokia care. Nokia care declared that the damage was due to liquid logged inside the mobile & instructed me to bear the repair cost( Rs2600) of my own pocket.
Since I had procured the two years additional warranty against the liquid damage, I approached Hotspot to avail the service on 17th of Aug’09. Since then I have given lot of false loosely warded promises by the Mobicare(hostSpot). Yesterday they have asked me check the status again on 10th Sep.
I have very serious concern here. The behavior of the customer care is so bad I can not explain the same here. They do not have any escalation matrix. After making enough noise I have given two numbers to get the exact status update by the Customer Care, but amazingly some time the given contact numbers ([protected] & [protected]) were either continuously comes busy or if it rings no one answers.
With no other option left, I am writing this complaint. Can you pls help me to put this forward in appropriate place?
Thanks & regards,
Satya Misra

Hotspot — Continous successive dates but no delivery

Sir/Madam,
With refrence to the above subject I would like to make a complaint against Hotspot Dwarka Sector-10.
I had taken a Nokia 6500 from Hotspot and I had taken a extended warranty as well which covers, that any damage to the phone and Hotspot would get it repaired.
I gave my phone to Hotspot on the 28 th July 2009 and after that they have given me 4 different dates(10, 14, 17 & 24 August) but I haven't received my phone yet.
I have talked to the Area Manager(Mr. Karan) as well and he promised me that I will get my phone on the 24th August but still I have not received the phone.

I am feeling helpless at this point as they say that they will tell the status of my phone on the 28th August.

Please help me to get my phone as early as possible.

Thank you

Nokia bought from Hotspots Retail — Cheating under Hotspots Care Pack

At the time of purchase, the seller offered the “HOTSPOT CAREPACK”, which is a two-year warranty against liquid and physical damage & one-year additional service warranty. So, I bought this by paying an additional amount of Rs 1200, as above.

The phone was working well till a few months ago, when I observed that the on-off button on my phone was not functioning well. So I had approached the Hotspots Retail Shop in end July and handed over the phone to them for repair. After several weeks of follow up, the phone was finally returned to me saying that the phone is not working and that the instrument can not be repaired. Instead of repairing a simple fault / malfunction, they have completely damaged the phone with the result it can not be used at all. It is clear that in the process of trying to repair a very minor malfunctioning, they have completely damaged the instrument but refuse to accept their carelessness.

When I demanded replacement of the phone, they have refused citing the fine print in clause 4 of the Carepack. As you can see, this is a clear case of cheating.

Kindly advise how I should redress my grievance.
