[Resolved]  HotSpot Mobile stores — No status of the complaint and my mobile

This is a complaint about the Hot Spot mobile store at Madhuban chowk, Rohini, Delhi.

My name is Gaurav Kapoor and Iam a banker. Want to tell the harrasment which I am facing from the hot spot mobile store. I have purchased a Mobile Make-Fly, model no. B-700, wide receipt no.5827 and also took a Care Pack (kind of insurance) wide receipt no. 5830. from them in the month of April' 08.

In the month of august Ifaced a problem in the mobile that my voice is not audible to the person other side so I took the mobile to the same (Madhuban chowk, Rohini, Delhi) hot spot as I was told at the time of purchase that as I have took the Care Pack if I face any problem in the mobile I will directly approach to this outlet of hot spot.

The guy at the center Mr. Shashi and Mr Dhiraj says that they need to send it to the service center based at Pitampura and they submitted the mobile. The person at the service center Mr. Manoj says there is a software problem in the mobile so he has to send the mobile set to the main service center based at Okhla-Delhi.

This entire procedure took 15days and they send the mobile set back to the service center at Pitampura.
After confirming with Manoj he says that again the same problem is occuring in the mobile set so he need to send the set again to the service center.

I spoke to the store manager Mr. Dhiraj at hot spot Madhuban chowk Rohini. This guy doesn't have any status and was arguing that they are providing the service.
I don't know what kind of services he is talking about, Does it take 20 days to upgrade the software in the mobile?

I ask to replace the mobile he says its a company's call he can't do anything on it. Then what is this care pack for ?

I am totally frustated on their services.
Please tell what I have to do.

This is a complaint about the Hot Spot mobile store at MGF mall, gurgaon.
Same the case happen with me . Hotspot Mobile offices are fraud .I Have brought new cell nokia e71 on 3rd january and the phone is hanging badly onwards the same day . i went again on 8th jan to the hotspot mobile MGF mall gurgaon, but no use there persons know the phone is having problems. one person said yeah phone is hanging and smile on me really pathetic ..very bad experience. no area sales manager talks to me .no offerings even . i have letter pad of the same with written information and signature of the store manager for this concern i will defienitely go to the consumer court and apply the same . no worries ...

THe mobile stores/ Nokia E71 — Mobile battery not working immedaitely after the purchase

Dear Sir,

I have recently bought a new Nokia E71 handset ([protected]) from the mobile stores chembur outlet. After the handset was delivered to my place I realized that the battery is not able to charge. My husband visited the dealer twice and finally we were told that the battery is non functional and we will have to go to Parel Nokia servicing centre to change the battery.
First thing, I didnot expect that a new NOKIA handset will give problems like this. Secondly, I found it highly unfortunate that a reputed chain like the Mobile stores is not able to take the resposibility to rectify the problem encountered in a new handset. I dont understand why should We take the resposibility of taking the handset to parel so far away, that too after paying a handsome amount of Rs 20, 000/- .
I am really disappointed at the type of services provided by the mobilestores dealer. Kindly look into my query.
Awaiting an early solution.
I SANTOSH KUMAR purchased nokia 1203 (blue) from satyaniketan hotspot stall. whose book no- 05 & serial no. sn/- 242 dated 07-05-05
in this cell i m getting the problem of incoming and outgoing voice in simple mode sometime while in loduspeaker its well. and the sound is coming very noisy . i complaned for this to the shopkeeper. but he is nt bahaving well and say he have no time for this, so its better u go to the nokia service cnetre, its nt the work of hotspot.

he says he is frm dakshinpuri, he is behaving very rudly and want to show that he can fight also if psbl.

so i request all that not to take cell frm hotspot, now if they gave me in free then i will never want to take niddle frm hotspot. the hotspot is making fool to the customers and selling worst cell to the customers.

i request to close all hotspot who is not behaving well to the customers. people want to take new things to be happy but i m so frusted from this cell and i think i have to run here and there for this cell nw.

so request from hotspot to provdie good cell to their shop that no one wil get any probs.

Hotspot — Selling mobile with broken seal

Lucky to have noticed. This happened in showroom Hotspot @ Annagar. I went to buy nokia mobile. She was explaining me stuff about the new mobile 5800. They said they did not have demo piece. Since I have done my home work on the mobile thought of buying the mobile. Then they took the box and found that box sealed was broken. This is so unproffessional. Beware guys. They sometime act as if they will break the seal for you. Never let them break the seal. You open by yourself.

Hotspot Retails Ltd — New Nokia Phone purchsed & facing problem with that & no one is ready to Help

I purchsed a new Nokia 7210 Supernova on 24-04-09 & Loudspeaker is not working properly but no one is ready to help me.

Please suggest what to do?

The Mobile Store — MOBILE STORE IS THE WORST RETAIL STORE

I brought an HTC Viva phone from Mobile store on 5th June. Till date i have not got the bill for the same.
He had also promised a pouch and some other freebies if purchased from the mobile store.. Till date no response inspite of rigourous follow ups.

I have never had such terrible response from any retail store.


HTC phone is a bad phone by the way. the battery talktime time is no way close to what they claim.

i have purchased a sony ericsson k750i mobile from hotspot outlet mata rani chowk ludhiana on 23/11/2007
but on 16/6/2008 it stopped working and i handed it to ur dealer and told me to collect after 15 days but when i visited them they said that u will charged for that even there is warranty for 1 year and still now i have dont get my mobile repaired or new one.

this is inform to you. i give my mobile phone(sony ericsson w700i) for change LCD screen. it replace new LCD but its not working proerly. its replace duplicate LCD screen. it was not working properly. it sevice is very bad. i am expecting a good result but Hotspot employess are very bad regarding customer service .i never ever come to this bad organization. iam not complant to you.i given just advice to all Hotshop emp. dont neglect customer we are neglect you. in hyderabad chaitanya puri branch. i loss my money and no satisfaction here. be wakeup dont sleep Hotspot mobile stores employess.

I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG MOBILE (MODEL:E-251) ON 13.10.2008 BOOK NO.01 SERIAL NO.006 FROM HOTSPOT RETAILS LTD, SHALIMAR BAGH, EXTN.2, SAHIBABAD U.P. .
I HAVE GIVEN MY SAMSUNG MOBILE HANDSET FOR REPAIR ON 13.07.09 TO SHALIMAR BAGH, EXTN.2, SAHIBABAD U.P. AND BEEN TOLD TO COLLECT BY 22.07.09. TILL DATE(10.08.2009) I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MOBILE HANDSET BACK AND NO CONFIRMATION ABOUT WHEN TO GET IT BACK. PROBLEM IN MY HANDSET WAS OF DISPLAY ONLY. Hotspots retails limited gurgaon — Not replacing my mobile phone purchased from Hotspots

I have purchased a new mobile phone (IMEI : [protected]) dated 21/9/2008. I was given the warranty of 1 year at the timing of issuance based upon there bill. No separate Warranty card was given to me. Mobile stopped working properly after 1 week and there were issue related to mobile charging. I visited their service centre and it get repaired after 20 days. But problem did not get sorted out and I gave the mobile for repairing 2 times more taking a period of around 2 months. Somehow they temporary solved the issue. But again after 1 month I faced the same problem. The Service centre associated suggested me to go to retailer from where I purchased the mobile. But the Hotspots retail centre located at Sahara Mall Gurgaon were not listening to my complain and the problem which I am facing from so long time. They refused to replace my mobile which is in warranty period.

After all my efforts get failed, I am requesting you to take proper action against them. I have hardly used the mobile for 3months during such a long period. My 3 complaints are registered in Serivce centre located at Gurgaon and Delhi.

Please Mr.varun go to the service centre and told him to change the handset from nokia ...its not the matter of hotspot retail ...If the problem is occured within 2days of purchasing, the handset will exchange immediately ...if problem is occured after this time period then nokia care centre is responsible for giving the new handset to the consumer, incase of the nokia care centre is not able to resolve the problem
I WANT TO SAY THAT I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM THEY TOOK MY PHONE NOW SINCE ONE MONTH THEY ARE NOT REPAIRING MY PHONE.
SO I HAVE SEND THEM A NOTICE, NOW I AM GOING TO DRAGE THEM INTO COURT.

This is Robin Narang, i submit my mobile for repair on 7th--sept to alaknanda market outlet.. the keypad was not working..The last five digit IMEI no. is 96199 ...The first date i received from Hot Spot to deliver the mobile was 14--sept. then 16th then 21st.. And today when i called then They r saying it wiil deliver on 26th..

can u plz confm. the actual date when will i receive my mobile???

but hotspot says to me that the care pack was not avlable so they take money from me and said come back after one month and they didnt give me a bill also. at last they give me a bill after 2 months rs 13500
i asked him 2 give me a bill of 16500 they said thae price of nokia 5800 was decrease so they cant give me a bill of 16500. i dont know how they can do this to me andhe didnt give my money back

i want strick action for hotspot of jhansi
