Dear sir, we have purchased HP Compaq Pressario Desktop 3570IL from your dealer IT Mart, Thane, Maharashtra, on 20th January 2009. As per your offer we have not yet got the gift of HP all in one F4288 printrer and HP600VA UPS, as we have already sent the DD of Rs. 999/- from State Bank of India, Thane(DD No. 991118), along with necessary documents. Our redemtion code no.FLAX5VA51P. File no. 68777. As per your promise within 45 days we should have got the above said gift. But we have not yet got any kind of reply or message from your side, as we have many times tried to contact with you. but no response from you. As a result we have finally come to the conclusion that we are being fooled by your company.Isn't it true? What is the problem????? We don't expect such poor service from you. Dear Sir, I purchased a hp pavilion desktop (Model A6740IN) from your Asansol dealer, M/S UNITEL, Burnpur Road, Asansol, on 31.3.09. Free gifts of a UPS & Printer were assured by the dealer under the Now- or- Never Scheme announced by hp. Unfortunately the Printer has still not been received by me, though the UPS was received about two months ago. Several communications have been made by M/S UNITEL, Burnpur, on my behalf when it was informed that the Printer would be delivered by Sept.'09 end. You are requested to check-up the position and expedite immediate delivery. My purchase details are :
