HP Pavilion Desk Top — Non redemption of Gift Hamper

Dear Sir,

I had sent a DD for Rs.1700.00 on September 01, 2008 for redemption of Gift Hamper B to Innovative Incentives. So far I have neither received the Gift Hamper nor there was any communication from the company. I am not able contact any of the company's BPOs or others. Kindly, let me know the position, if not return the money to me.

hp/desktop pc — gift not yet received

we bought a desktop pc on 28/7/2008 under redemption code:-FE8X80LK2Z. we were informed that the gift will be redeemed within 4 weeks of the registering our product we have also sens the details of the pc. we have sent the copy of invoice and original bar ceded product serial number with a DD of Rs.1699 favouring "innovative incentives and events pvt.ltd" payable at chandigarh . so expecting the redemption soon.

I sent Rs1699 for gift hamper B with required documents and it was received on 29.08.08.however, i have not received the gift till date.It is highly disappointing that such a long period is taken for dispatching a gift.

1. copy of reseller purchase invoice of the eligible system .
2. Bar coded product serial number sticker (original) pasted on the cardboard packaging.
3. Processing Charges, Rs 1500.00 DD no. 733914 dated 20/11/2008 drawn on SBI Chandigarh service branch.

I haven’t received the gifts nor any response from your end, regarding the status. Please advise when the gifts will be sent.
