Date of sending the cheque & all required document : 18/03/2009 (after several attempts to phone call for a week)
I was assured gift of Scanner copier, printer + UPS.
To claim this I made almost 10 phone calls to : [protected], [protected], [protected], 39893333, [protected]. All this numbers were obtained from label on PC, help line, given by help line person. But I could not get help on claiming the same.
At last I got the No of Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt Ltd. [protected]. This line works only on Monday to Friday and that too 6 hrs a day ...
As advised by the IIE Pltd, I have forwarded the original Bar code and invoice copy along with the cheque worth Rs 999/- on 18/03/2009
I called on 30/03/2009 at 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, to know status. But no attendant (except recorded message “Wait for operator”).
Will you pls update on the receipt status, when will I get the claim.
Find below (in following pages) the scanned copy of Invoice/cheque, Barcode for your reference and enable quicker delivery of my gift.
Rest less I went into your website to register : Just now I got the Redemption code as VX5L2HP5NP. But it does not allowing me to enter P/S/C +UPS
My sincere request is to make the claim process simple and customer friendly. Give the IIE P ltd number also on the label.
