my laptop was kept for charging and had charged from10% to 25% after that the charging stopped. i tried different plug points but same result38%

As C drive is scanned too many times and while I ON my laptop it goes on automatic repairing and Diagnosing it self .Iput my system in START UP TEST IT RUNS all the thing then it fionally show Hard disk short DST is failed
