[Resolved]  HP Desktop A6330 — Redemption gift hamper

I have received only HP4288 printer in your mail you told me that you will despatch the UPS within 8-10 days but till now i havent got the UPS kindly inform me the status o[censored]PS.
I am not happy with the HP service

I have purchased a laptop CQ Presario C700 TU on 28/2/2009. You said that you will send a 9.2 mega pixel camera if we send a DD of Rs.1299, so we have done that aprox. Three month ago. But there is no response from your Delhi center. so, plz mail me as soon as possible and what happened to that gift.

With Reference to the above file no. I want to draw your kind attention towards the delay being made by your department in sending my gift. With regard to this the following should be kindly noted that:

1. My gift was supposed to be delivered to my registered address, within 45 days. from the date of the claim, my claim date was 14th Feb 09 but i have received only Printer yet and the UPS is still pending ( 98 days gone )

2. UPS was also supposed to be delivered with it to us but in place of delivery you have written the following remarks in your e-mail

'' UPS to be dispatched separately, as currently Out of Stocks. Thank you for your Patience. "

You should keep this fact in your view that you had stated that it would take an average of 45 days and till now the gift was supposed to be delivered to us, but till the date i. e. after the expiry of 3 months, you are saying that UPS is out of stock???????????
Sir this type of behaviour of yours with your customer was not expected by us
