[Resolved]  HP Desktop Redemption Support Ref Claim Is - A217 — SCHEME OFFERED BUT NOT GIVEN

Dear sir,

We have purchased hp products as per offer given by the company. As per terms/condition we have registered for redemption code -YLTUCH16SC on dated 21/02/2009.

And attached all supporting papers + an amount of Rs 999/- as required by at par cheque no.001465 bank B.O.I and send through TRACKON courrier doc no[protected] DT - 14/03/2009 recieved at there end on 17/03/2009.

After so much reminder and followup with company we recieved back our claim document with cheque at 12/05/2009 through DTDC courrier doc no - Z89993150.

Reason mention by the company is recieved beyond the timelines specified for acceptance with regard to the date of purchased. This offer closed on 15th April 2009.

In supporting letter attached with claim no date mention by the company.

Now, you see that company cheted with me and denayed to give my offer claims.

So, We request you kindly look into the matter and settle our claims as earlieast from your end.

hp is vrey care less company about costumer responce, i get laptop last 2years ago, n meny time i complet to the hp rediption service but my gift not the send compeny my rediption code is QPI51BE2IZ
From the free-bees not received complaints I think probably the company might have sent the same to the dealer / omputer seller from whom these customers would have bought. These dealers / sellers might not have passed on this to their customer since many customers don't follow this matter immediately with the company. Before buying the product, the customer must ask the details of documents to be submitted to the company either directly or through its selling agent. Customer, if submitting documents through dealer/seller, should also send a copy to thge company's local / H.O. directly also so that they cannot say that the documents have not been received by them on time.

Hence, before buying the products with such schemes only the buyer has to be more alert and should follow constantly with the dealer / seller / company.

I have purchased a hp LAptop that purchasing was with a scheme free Nikon camera .I attached all supporting papers + an amount of Rs 1499/- as required by at par chaque canara bank RudrapurPri
but till date neithter nikon camera has been sent to us nor any reply has been given, as a result, we facing a cricitical problem sir.

Therefore, keeping in view of above, fact, we earnestly once again requesting your goodself sir kinldy look into this matter seriously and send us nikon camera as early as possible Sir,

Hardware Problem

1. The auto brightness was the problem to my laptop 2. The wi-fi key was not working. 3. Sometimes the display was appearing after Booting.
