HP — Delay in delivery

My HP dealer is Zaveri (Chembur). There is a great delay in delivery of cylinder. Not only that, there is no response to phone calls. I am not sure that this complaint would do any good.

HP Gas — HP GAS Delivery Delay

I am having HP GAS Connection. After booking for Cylender., Hp people tells you will receive after perticular days. but after that period when I not receive Cylender I ask for the same HP GAS agency, But they reply that there is not stock of Cylender & it will take some days (5-10 Days) to get the Cylender.
But I have Observed many times that the same HP GAS Agency provied Cylender to people after paying Extra amount i.e. 50 Rs/-

I have booked my cylinder ten days ago, when they didn't deliver in time i made an enquiry regarding my booking they refused and said that there is no booking of your cylinder.I want to draw your kind attention on one other problem, not picking the phone, while making an enquiry they say phone is out of order but i saw they put the phone on hold. Please take this matter into your consideration and order them to work properly. Thanking You.

Dear Consumer Forum,

I have called a while ago about the worst service by HP in our area, we have a double cylinder and inspite of that, any given point of time he books one and that too he doesn't deliver it on time. I am not sure if my gas distributor has been selling it illegally for double price and troubling the genuine customers like me. The normal practice is after 21 days booking needs to be done and within a week the cylinder should be delivered but for me, they have been delaying it for 15 days or so. I have HP gas (single gas cyllender) connection at Sarswati Gas Agency - Sanganer, Jaipur. I have booked to my gas cyllender for refilling on dated 10.11.2008. From that date (10.11.2008) to today i am struggling for cooking food because i have single gas cyllinder only. The telephone lines of the above agency are very busy at any time or if they pick up to my phone they promised to me, that they will supply today or tommorow but still i am waiting for my refilled cyllender. I request the authorities to take necessary action against the above agency to deliver gas cyllender.

I have a comlaint about this agency. they dont gave me a home delivery. they told that you have buy cylender from agency which is costly for me. my 40 rupees waste on the rikshaw. also my lot of important time is waste on the stand up on the line of gas cylinder. for purches of one cylinder my three days are waste on one month. 1- for booking. 2-for taking recipet. 3- for stand up in the line and take gas cylinder
so, sir please do quickly something beacuse it is not only my problem the whole people in this agency which are registered on it.

Dear Sir

I am writing to complain about our city gas agency named as Ahmedgarh gas agency.Firstly, we have to wait for days when we have to book the cylinder & moreover the owner of the agency act as a dictator when anybody complain about their services they started abusing and using rough words and threat the public if anybody complain about them he would stop their service.
Secondly, the terrible distribution system of this agency.You will be surprised to know that their are several villages which are attached to this agency along with our city and inspite of providing good distribution system we have to wait in a very long queqe which is approx. 1km long.everybody have to go for thier jobs but to take the delivery they have to miss their half day.Moreover the selling of cylinder in black is very highin our city.
I request you on behalf of my city residents to please look seriouly into the matter and ensure the public the good services in future.Hope for a positive reply soon.

H P Gas — Gas delivery

Dear sir
I am HP Gas consumer no. 608732 with their distributer m/s trilok Gas distributers at Bodla Agra (UP) Distributers Code No. 965870.
I beg to submit as follows.
Distributer shifted his office 6 kms away from Bodla without informing me/all consumers of his where abouts causing a great difficulty in booking and recieving gas.
That the distributer is not having enough and trained staff to handle 30000 consumers as he claims he is having.
After visiting his office where he has shifted now, I found two girls strugling to answer consumer mob due non availabilities of records which are torn regisers /books/ pages .
My booking of 19 january cauld not be traced by poor attenders as they were unable to find out any thing in the mesh of torn books, finally they booked fresh.
My finding I submit that first the tele bookings are not entertainrd as after many calls you are lucky if connected /entertained.The records of telphone booking not kept.No morden means of booking provided such as email . booking numbers are not given. Next booking entertained only after 25 days.
People are asked to come and book rather then telephone.
there are complains of cylinder weight however difficult to esteblish.
One Mr Rajiv singh Advocate handles new office at kothi no. 83, Rajendra nagar, Eidgah openly says if you are not satisfied please take transfer go some where else.
Please persuade distributer to shift back his office at Bodla/He should book on telephone and provide booking no. on phone.Delivery of cylinder in strictly 7 to 10 days time. next cylinder booking in 15 to 20 days time
He should increase phone lines and trained man power also should give his email address to consumers.
Increase booking window to preferably two from existing one.
Grivience redresal should not be on booking window.

i have also purchased hp pavillion dv5 entertainment notebook on 12th December 2008 from Perfect Systems, ichalkaranji. and at that time they were offering philips home theatre5.1 on it.for which customer need to send CHEAQUE payable at PAR of Rs 1499 to HP redemption cell, and according to HP redemption cell, they would take 6 weeks to process any request, but still i haven't recieved my Philips Home Theatre or any acknowledgment message from their side and it has been almost 57 days since i have send all the mentioned document and PAR CHEAQUE of Rs 1499 to them, and i have tried HP redemtion cell phone no.[protected] several times but no one has picked up the the phone.

I have booked my gas cylinder on 3rd March but the cylinder is not delivered till now. This is not the first time i am facing the problem. It becomes a routine for every month. The delivery boy misbehaved my mother, and argue with her. The quantity in the cylinder was also not up to the mark, when we ask them to weight the cylinder then they refuse everytime. My consumer code number is 640364 issued to VIjay Kumar, my father. The name of distributor is OM GAS AGENCIES, PALWAL-121102 (Haryana). Its a humble request to you that please take some displinary action against the distributor.

I have the honour to inform you that I am a consumer of (HP gas) your company(Narender gas ageny, noida ).I am getting good service from you but in these days I am facing problem to get delivery on time after i caught delivery man 2 times our gas cylinder was half.I ASKED THEM GIVE ME FULL GAS CYLINDER, I booked my gas on 6th march but till now i have not received my gas.I call gas agency so many times, every time they replied it ll come after 2-3days in very rude manner.

I am a consumer of HP GAS, My consumer No. is 609813, our Area Dealer is Narender gas agency, NOIDA. I have booked gas on 06/03/2009, till today they have not delivered gas to me. When I ask them, they always told me that you will be get within two days. Again the behaviour of the phone reciptant is not good.This problem arises after i caught them supply gas cylinder was half & complained and ask them to supply full cylinder otherwise i ll complaint.

Sir, please take some remedial action at your end urgently.

h.p gas — Delay in delivary

I have a H.p .gas commection(DOUBLE CYLINDER).consumar number:-600220. I booked my gas on 20.04.2009. but i got my gas yesterday. when i call my H.P.Gas delear the authority informed me that i have no booking, but when i challenged them then they assured that i get my gas as early as possible. but i was shocked when i received the gas token from my delivary man. i saw that he got my gas on 15.05.2009 but he delivered my gas yesterday(09.06.2009). This happened not for first time but it is the present condition in my area.all of your customers in this area are very much anxious.they havn't any complain about your company but only againt the delivary man.All o[censored]s logged complain against him but concerrned authority is totaly blind about this serious matter.
I hope that you will take action on our problem & the problem will me minimized soon.
