To The Officer-in-Charge, Customer Grievance Cell, HP (Gas)Corporation Ltd. Sir, I am a consumer of HP GAS, My consumer No. is 701443, our Area Dealer is TRILOK Gas DISTRIBUTORS,BODLA ROAD AGRA. I have booked gas on 18/02/2008, till today they have not delivered gas to me. When I ask them, they always told me that u book your complaint .i book my complaint on 05/03/08. when i ask about my complaint no.they did not give me my complaint no.and said i book your complaint go to your home your gas cylinder receive u tommarow but when i go to GO DOWN to take cylinder i did not receive gas cylinder and bad behave with me and give a cylinder to a policeman without booking . supplying gas at Secunderabad Andra Pradesh. is very poor.
I booked gas for home delivery on02.01.2010 but till today 28.01.2010 not deliver. And I got so many sms from their customer center my HP gas refill is allredy delivered wide cash memo number. 122537 on 19.01.2010 -Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered but till today 28.01.2010 not deliver I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with

I am a consumer of HP gas from Bhubaneswar. My consumer number is 610355. I have booked my gas since the 28th of Jan, 2010 and till today my gas has not been delivered. Every alternate day when I inquire with the agency in Micney Mall, CRP Square, Bhubaneswar, they always revert me with the reply that this shall be reaching me the very next day, but their next day did not come till a month. I am an Ex-service person and with this age I have to run for the negligence in service from the Gas Agency. When I inquire from the other consumers of the agency, I come to know that with intend these people neglect in delivering the gas in time, where as generally it should have been delivered within a week. Please suggest me with your advice as to how the gas agency shall compensate for its poor service.

HPCL GAS — non delivery of internet booking gas
I made an internet booking of hpcl gas on 12.02.2010.Booking number 221332. On 09.03.2010,Ilodged a complain for non delivery.Complaint no 09034215 dt.09.03-2010.I was given again a booking no 232928.Till date not received the gas .
I am a senior citizen staying alone with my wife.Please help.

Few months back the booking is started as tele booking and when i call it says it will be delivered in 48 hrs.last refill i got was in july and after that i have called many a times and even gone to my dealer's office.when i called today they say that the net is not working.

I booked gas for home delivery one month ago, but till today 27.12.2011 Gas Cylinder is not deliver.I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service. I am using online booking service and i went to local delivery office ( thrissur ) they are telling that your software is blocked so we can't provide a cylinder for you.There is a no gas cylinder for my regular use
