Sir,

I have HP gas connection with C.No. 620550. Our Gas agency is SRI SANGAMESWARA GAS SERVICE, Opp.MRO office, Ramachandrapuram, Medak Dt. Phone No.[protected], 23021517, 23025740.

My problem with the service is whenever we opt for booking the reffil generally after 20 days of period, their personnel are telling that we have to book the reffil after ONE MONTH period. Even if we do the booking after ONE month, they are delivering the cylinder after 7 to 10 days. Again they are asking us to book the reffil only after one month from delivery date. That means it is almost above 40 days for booking the cylinder.

    Sir,
    I am a consumer of HP GAS, My consumer No. is 701443, our Area Dealer is TRILOK Gas DISTRIBUTORS,BODLA ROAD AGRA. I have booked gas on 18/02/2008, till today they have not delivered gas to me. When I ask them, they always told me that u book your complaint .i book my complaint on 05/03/08. when i ask about my complaint...

    I residing at Belanagar Govt Colony under poclice station at Bally, Howrah 711 205, W.B. resi phone no[protected] suffering from HP L.P. Gas Supply. It tooks nowadays arround one month to get delivered at home. Recently there are lot of problems while we book the refil, without any reason they cancel our booking and harras us. If I don't get any rapid solution I'll immediately transfer my connection to either Indane or Bharat Gas.

    Please note that our distributor's name is Janata Consumers Co Operative Pvt. Ltd, under our consumer no.603617.

    Hope I'll get an early reply in my telephone.

      I, hpgas customer stayed at Q.NO:156/D,B.H.E.L-R.C.PURAM,HYDERABAD,A.P.My gas no.is 516007,i booked for cylinder on 23/02/2008 and SR.NO is 4351.My earlier booking date is 08/01/08.My HP dealer ph.no' is [protected] and his adress is BOMBAY STORES,B.H.E.L-R.C.PURAM,Hyderabad-A.P
      This dealer is frequently closes his shop and behaviour is not good.Earlier also there was so many complaints,still cylinder was not at arranged by the dealer
      kindly i request you to take action against this dealer and arrange the cylinder at the earliast.

      My hp gas consumer No is 553277.its name on my father K.Narahari. i have booked on[protected].
      still the gas is not delivered because of irregular responce from the dealer our dealer brach is at somajiguda, beside Yashoda hospital lane, hyderabad. last montyh he orgue with my mother to give extra money 20- actual gas price 305- he is forced to give extra 20- (twenty rupees) his name is Younis . Office No is 23328724. in office also they r not give proper responce to coustemers not lifting phone. last month he orgue with my mother to give extra money other wise i wil not deliver r u r gas in time nd he said what u do u can where u want to give complaint u can give but i wil not give gas in time to u. so that is the problem so kindly take necessary action on that somajiguda branch office nd tht delivery person younis. he is very rash person he is collecting money frm all the houses. so pls kindly take action on tht person.

        Dear Sir,
        My husband(Late Banke Bihari Mathur)was the customer of Bhagwati (HP Gas Distributor) gas agency,Near Malwa Hotel,Ajmer and he has been expired 2 years ago.His Cousumer No is 801057.
        I have given an application and all supporting docouments to HP gas authorities more than one month ago.Now, I am in jaipur and I am still waiting for my gas transfer.(I am using Reliance cylinder on cost of 600/-)They people(Bhagwati gas agency,Ajmer) are not taking my case seriously(delayed the case) pls take some corrective acion soon.

          I am a consumer of HP GAS with consumer no 606258 under the distributor M/s SIVASAKTHI GAS AGENCY,HP GAS DEALER, KOIPALLIL ROYAL ARCADE,PUTHIKAVU MAVELIKARA,KERALA with distributor code 7.My problem is even though i am residing well with in the city limits the agency is levying exorbitant delivery charges for distributing the gas cylinders at my home.On enquiry it is learnt that another gas agenecy who is distributing gas here in our area is not levying any fee for home delivery. when this fact has bought to the notice of M/S Sivasakthi they are of the opinion that their godown is at far away place hence they levying the delivery charge. kindly let me know whether the distributor is levying such a fee with your permission,if not direct them to refund the delivery charges which is already collected and also not to collect such charges in future. And also direct them to issue proper bill/cashvoucher for every delivery transcation henceforth.Hope your esteemed organisation will look into the matter and redress my grivances soon.

            Sir,
            I have applied for a new HP Gas connection at a Amrapali Gas,Angarika appartment, Chichwad Gaon, pune. The Distributor code is 19623100 .I got this code from your site.It has almost been 5 to 6 months now for registration.My registration number is 2395 First they told me that the address where i was living is not under their area, why didn't they check at the time of form submission? Soon after when I shifted to my new home and submitted them my new address which is under their area,they assured me to give connection within 10 days,but after that Whenever we visited these people, we got the same old answer "come and check after 15 days as stock is not available".They also didn't entertain the customer prooerly.I thought HP is reputed company having good record but actually I got very bad experience.
            I am in big trouble, I don't know in india after such a development also people have to still struggle for the basic requirements of day to day life...
            I hope you will look in to this matter and do the nacessary action and help me to keep my thiking positive about HP company.

            for gas connection every alternate days i have to go but they are saying online problem or no gas connection..but, they are giving to other pepople by taking extra money...kindly take action else i am going to take action ...I hope HP help me out...

              I am trying for the past 2 weeks to book refill cylinder over phone. There are three landline numbers given by your Kandivali dealer. All the numbers are always busy. If by luck, I will get the connection, there will be no response to the call. I do not understand how come three lines are always busy. Matter is serious. Needs investigation and corrective action on urgent basis.

              Second complaint is delivery. If I book the refill, the delivery date promised is next day. Next day if I call, it will again be next day. Why it is like this? After continuous followup for six hours one day, I did recieve a cylinder by the agency. The delivery boy did not give any reciept when I demanded.

              It has been observed that the company vehicle is parke during the day at Lokhandwala Township road. You can get immediate delivery if you pay some premium even if you are not a registered customer.
              basically if they don't make problems for you how will they earn extra income from black? simple aint it?

                  My gas connection number is 523227. I have been screwed up for the last 3 years for non delivery of gas in time as per the date and delivery mentioned by the Gas Agency Shreya Enterprises located at Neredmet,Malkajgiri,Hyderabad-India. Earlier after the delivery of 2nd cylinder it was 21 days later we have to book and the deliver will take place on 10 day of 2nd booking and now we have to book after 21 days and delivery date was extended by 15 days days. Having two cylinders is of no use neither we are not even getting Kerosene in worst cases to cook . Even after 40 days I doubt no one in India having a family of 4(four) and above can manage one Cylinder for 40 days. Either we have to go begging with local gas provider or the person who delivers at door step and bribe him up upto Rs.200/- . Even as on date we can get cylinders @Rs.600 to Rs.700/- asper demand. I wonder there are so much fast food centres and how come they are getting cylinders and roadside vendors who make Idli/Vada they too get Gas at premium. What I have seen that the agency under my area is having around 25000 connection and the refill station is providing one truck i.e. approx 310 cylinders to this Shreya agency. I spoke to the local agency owner and I was bit surprised to hear that if and only when money is pumped in illegal way or underpayment if done then only they can get additional requirement's. The local Agency owner has not budged to this type of corruption. It seems there is a big conspiracy by the gas agency all over India under the Congress Rule and during NDA rule we use to get gas the same day or next day.

                    My consumer no.is 623370 of HP Gas at mira road east, station road branch. I have made booking for gas cylynder on 9th of Feb-08 and today is 3rd of March-08. I waited for my delivery for 10 days but after that when i call them, they reply that my person has gone for delivery or tomorrow delivery will happen so on.
                    so, they failed to deliver my gas cylynder in last 20 days after daily follow-ups.HP Gas agency no. is[protected],[protected]

                      Dear Sir my consumer no is :608240
                      we have a problem that when the gas is booked we are told to call 1stone number than the other & yet an other before the order is noted.
                      Than we are told by Maj Puneet'S STAFF who runs the business for him that we shall not be given the gas before 2days.Although thier is no reported shortage.We have the need for 2 cylenders being a joint family but they always keep us waiting .
                      2ndly the cylender may be weighing full but the gas lasts only 7 days as the cylender is partcially full of water abiut which we learn only after we have used the gas.
                      In this case despite being the citizen who pay their taxes & respect the law we are the ones who are cheated & we are the ones who get to here rude tones when we launch a complain.
                      Our request to the authority is that since the service station belongs to an army personal at least at his station some respect for the fellow citizens should be given. It is not a nic efeeling at the age of 63 + if i have to go to the station to get the cyclender my self.
                      Looking forward to a permanet solution to this problem

                      The telephone number[protected] provided by the LPG Gas Distributor (the Deepak gas agency plot no. 37, Snehapuri colany, Borabanda Hyderabad - 500018; India)for the booking of refill of HP Gas remains busy all the time. Therefore, booking of the Refill has become a tedious and time-consuming task.
                      Please arrange to provide the customer with the facility of booking the Refill of HP Gas through internet for easy booking.

                        I transferred my gas connection from Mumbai branch to Visakhaptnam (Gajuwaka branch) one year back and submitted all the related papers at following branch:
                        K Sreeramulu & Sons, HP Gas Dealers, 65-6-659, Opp: Zinc Gate
                        Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam-26. Ph:[protected]

                        The branch person wrote just Consumer No.033492 on the book and returned, I had for a receipt / voucher for the same. He told me to quote just consumer number for future reference. Now I have given a request to transfer my connection from gajuwaka branch to Malkapuram branch. He denied to do that and when I repeatedly asked him, he thrown the book away and misbehaved with me and told me to submit all related papers& issue vouchers.

                        As I have made a request for the new cylinder after the completion of restricted period for the two cylinder the person in the office did not recieved the request the through phone. But when I personally met the office four calls the person incharge of the office handled me very rudely and scold me very worstly. The timings written in the bill was 8:00am to 8:00pm. But he agree with that timings written in the bill.So please take necessary actions against the concerned person and the needful as soon as possible as we are moving towards the consumer court regarding this issue.
                        My gas dealer is sursuman gas service ,pooth kalan.delhi.
                        My consumer no. is 647604.Today my gas regulator was not working . I went to sursuman ,but there is a lady i dont know her name.she refused to change it and misbehaved with me . And said me to do what u can do.I have no choice except to complaint.
                        please take neccessary action against the lady.

                        Respected Sir I have a complaint against petrol pump near metro station inderlok where I stand long around one hour to fill cng and and when we go check what happen that there is no Que is moving and I saw that one car is coming santro silver colour whose registration no is DL-4C AG 7644 and when we ask him that what is happing there that he is not comming in the que and you refill hia cng he said that they are come from inderlok beat and they are of staff people then we go to the manger and ask him that there his worker taking 50 Ruppes and filling that vehical and he said that I do nothing about it there always here come beat peoples and they fillling there vehical free of coast and you complaint where you want in delhi there HOTA REHTA HE YAHA KO KUCH NAHI KARTA TUMEHE JO KARNA HAY KAR LEY YEH DILLI HAY ., and rellay I Saw that gays they are not from the beat of police they are local boys mawali type I hope That you can do for this for sake of people like us thnak you with regards for hope that you do something to stop this behavior of the hp petrol pump manager against the people of Delhi . the name of the worker is Pawan kumar bhaisla Thanking you

                          Dealer forcing us to purchase Suraksha LPG pipe

                          Dear sir, this is to bring to your notice that my dealer is forcing me to purchase suraksha lpg pipe. They have even refused to supply refill booking unless and until I purchase suraksha. I would like to know whether it is mandatory to purchase suraksha.
                          Further, I would request you to look into the abominable behaviour that customers face from the dealers. Please note that CONSUMERS PAY FOR EVERY REFILL BOOKING AND WE ARE NOT PROVIDED...

                          Sub: Om gas agency,post belthraroad,distt.ballia,gas distribution hindustan petrolium corp.Ltd.Dealer Code 720130, having complain for not giving standard value gas and late gas booking & delivery in addition black marketting the gas in market.

                          Sir,

                          With due repect i beg to say, I consumer is suffering from following problems.

                          1. Their is no time limit for booking ex.21, 25,30,45 days.

                          2. They don't have phone booking fascility.

                          3. After Complaining for gas leakage they never send any technician.

                          4. With Gas they forced us to take Tea Bag,otherwise consumer will not get gas.

                          5. They make reciept of 298.91 Paisa and never give return the balance from 300 in lack of changes.

                          6. The 298.91 Rs Reciept they take for home delivery but 10 % they fulfill or deliver the gas at home and rest 90 % they forced consumer to come and take delivery at counter, and they say that necessary to write home delivery otherwise thread us to not deliver the gas.

                          7. Trolly man of gas delivery boy take 10 Rs per consumer,if not paying then they delay the delivery.

                          8. Consumer of our town are unaware of information and circular of gas company, kindly let us know and insist om gas agency belthra road to write down in clear the rules and regulation of gas company for the sake of consumer.

                          9. Whenever consumer to gas agency their is shortage of gas they give excuse the gas does not arrived and kota is less, and at black market 24 hour gas is available.

                          10. After booking their is no time limit to when deliver the gas we have to only wait, becasue the frequently change time and their schedule as per himself convenience not of consumer.

                          11. every cylinder is having less weight 1.5 to 2 kg they never give gas cylinder with accurate wait becasue they don't have weighing machine.

                          12. In office the have information board which is always blank, no information or complain officer phone no. or address is specified their.

                          I have also send by query to right of information act 2005 Dhara 6(1), they never replies.

                          Kindly pay urgent attention on the above stated problems facing by consumers of hp gas in belthra Road, and request your goodself to insist the om gas agency to fascilitate consumer.

                          hi,
                          my self aasim chaudhry from kurla (w)mumbai_70.cunsumer no.605776.we order gas cilender on 9.feb.08.that time thay told to deliver it whithin two days now it is allmost 17 days complited and today allso thay are saying same two day for delivery and we finnished our both gas cilender three days beffore.
                          so please help me and take some strong action against them
                          becouse its not about my family ther are hundreds of same complaint but they not able to reach you.

The gas usually comes in 1.5 kg to 2 kg less in wieght, the gas delivery boy never comes with weighing machine. Owner talks to consumer that he is giving free of cost gas and his behaviour is like owner and slave.Kindly let him to pasted the company circular about gas delivery rules and regulation and also the rate and wieght.

"NEAR POLICE POST MEHRAULI RD SIKANDARPUR GURGAON" GURGOAN GURGOAN " They dilevered me only 24.8 Kg cylinder, luckily i checked .WHen called back them they told that we will change it.The person who cam second time was saying he does nothing some other person has done it. You verify, this deterioting HP brand.

                          HP Gas — received late

                          sir,
                          this is to brimg to ur kind notice tht i recieve gas from navjeevan gas agency in moradabad.last time i recieved cylinder very late and had called him up tht the date for recieving cylinder is late.there was no response and later on were told there was shortage.kindly look into the matter as early as possible.
                          Even in bangalore also the same problem. HP has the worst service I ever experienced. Though computer booking is there, but it never works and phone line details are not updated proporly in the web.

                          I am having single cylinder and I have applied for the 2nd one in 2005, but still I have not received any info from them. Again if you book a cylinder it takes 10-15 days for you to receive it. Then how one can predict when he has to book a cylinder??


                          You know what, when taking a new connection lots of verifications are being done by these GAS delears. But they are doing all the BLACK things for which we are in trouble today.

                          Its all due to the corrupted system. We Indians are used to this.
                          I don't think our future generation can get to see a new world ever. We never want to help ourselves. Only words will never help us to make this India a developed country. Being a real Indian citizen if you think I am right plz support me to get all these things in right place.

                          Our HP dealer who distributes gas in Modern housing complex does not follow fair practice of gas booking. He indulges in black marketing of these filled up cylinders. I have to make at least 20 calls for booking the gas. after that the staff working with the agency says that the gas was not booked. For last wo months we have been following up with the agency no results. i request you to kindly do the needfull. my consumer No is 633802 and the dealer code is 963290. I request you to cancel his dealership and raid his office to see his practice of booking the refills of gas.

                          we are facing great trouble because of one of our neighbour who is taking out gas from cylinders through machines and selling it at prescribed prices. HE FILLS EMPTY CYLINDERS ILLEGALLY AND THE SMELL OF GAS REACHES EACH AND EVERY CORNER OF OUR STREET. The chances of explosions have increased to a great extent beacuse of this problem.He has a reserve of about 100 cylinders in his house. We have complained about this man several times but every time he is being let off and .he is still selling underweight cylinders in black .                           we have 2 wait for 40 days fr booking cylinder, then we have 2 go there godown to collect the cylinder. for collecting this we have 2 go at 5 am and waiting 2 3 hours. the delear is giving this cylinders 2 gas veichel & selling in black market to rs 450 to 500
                          fr supporting this complain i will give photos and my gas card zeroz in next mail.
                          I also have observed same thing!
                          I was unable to get cylinder till after 20days of booking!!
                          and finally had to buy cylinder at double the cost of it!! (No Option!)

                          1. Their is no time limit for booking ex.21, 25, 30, 45 days.


                          2. They make reciept never give return the balance .



                          3. After booking their is no time limit to when deliver the gas we have to only wait, becasue the frequently change time and their schedule as per himself convenience not of consumer.

                          4. every cylinder is having less weight 1.5 to 2 kg they never give gas cylinder with accurate wait becasue they don't have weighing machine.

                          5. In office the have information board which is always blank, no information or complain officer phone no. or address is specified their.

                          I have also say by query to right of information act, they never replies.

I stay just in 3 kms range of the agency, still, it is not possible for them to deliver the cylinder on time.
                          I keep calling the gas agency people, at least, 10 times a day. Most of the time, phone is either busy or they don't pick it up.And, if they pick, they either don't talk properly or make false promises. It's sheer wastage of my time and resources. It seems as if I made a mistake taking HP gas connection and now paying for that.
                          I don't understand why govt don't take citizens seriously against such people.

                          A HP gas agency named jayashree gas agency, 3, new saphalya CHS, Sheetal near snehanjali shoping center of mira road east do not deliver requested gas cylinders in time. I have applied for gas cylider about 2 months earlier but still not received till now. On contacting every time it is told that, it will take atleast 10 days. Most of time even they didnot receive phone calls and i have also visited the office five times.
                          You can confirm it from every consumer who receive gas from this agency. This is a serious problem as cooking gas is very essential and now i have to use electric appliances for cooking food. But this is not possible daily for a middle class family as it becomes very costly. This might be a reason due to blackmarketing of gas cylinders which is a very very serious issue and its own employees are involved in it.
                          Please look into matter as early as possible for covenience of consumers of this HP gas agency and special action against corrupted employee so that this cant be repeated.

                              I was transferred from Mumbai to Kolkata and accordingly got the transfer of connection done on 14 Nov 2007 with M/s GAURISH & CO, 61/1, PRATAPADITYA ROAD, KOLKATA - 700 026.I received the first two cylinders on 24 Nov 2007.As per their system as they told, booking for refill could not be made before 21 days of receipt of the cylinder.The next refill booking was made on 22 December 2007, which was received on 24 Jan2008.Next Booking was made on 08 February 2008, which has not been received even today-the 28 February 2008. On Contacting them today, they said that it would be made available next week.It may thus be seen that I could receive only 01 refill cylinder so far in three months after receipt of the 02 original cyliders on 24 Nov 2007.I never faced this problem in Mumbai, where the delivery used to be made by same day or at the most by one day.They do not attend to the phone calls also. Please help me out.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I had transferred my LPG connection to JHANSI ( Voucher No : 5375281, Consumer No is 100767 ) on 18th Nov 07 from Adityapuram, Chittorgarh since I was tranferred to other Site.
                              Since my family is staying in Jhansi I therefore signed the voucher documents so that my family gets the LPG connection in my absence.

                              But the HP agency in JHANSI is now refusing to give me the LPG cylinder even though I have signed the Voucher documents.
                              He is deliberately harassing my family by asking them that my presence is required and mere signature on the document will not do.

                              I am not in a position to come down to Jhansi because my project site is in Gujarat and taking leave for this issue will not be possible.

                              I am a consumer of HP LPG services. I have my gass connection with M/s Narendra Gas Agency, Sector-37, Noida, U.P. My consumer number with the said agency is 615069. I have a single cylender connectin with the said agency for about 10 years. Every time my requests for double cylender is rejected on the ground that right now company is not giving further connection. When i book my cylender, they say that i will get cylender after 3-4 days. When i call after 3-4 days then they say, you will get it after 5-6 days. The persons who is picking up phone after ours and days talking rudly, and threatening me to do what ever i wnat to do, gass cylender will be delivery after 5-6 days only. The delivery boy is giving weight less then the specified weight and talking rudly. Therefore, i request, to take appropriate action against the staff, who is dealing with the matter and to delivery gass in time, so that i could not be compelled to purchase gass from the black marketing.

                                Hello sir

                                I usually fill the tank in the HP petrol tank located in the Hinjawadi pune opposite to the KPIT Cummins. I asked the person in charge the petrol pump to fill the tank for Rs. 200. The person before me filled the tank for Rs. 100. When I moved near the pump, the supervisor diverted my attention. Pump was not reset to zero, and he started filling the tank (from Rs100 to Rs 200). and I was cheated. When I asked the supervisor about this we did not responding properly and threatened me. This is not the first time. I was also cheated previously in the similar way. Also I am not the only person, I have seen people arguing with the pump authorities on the similar line. I hope concern authorities will take appropriate action against the HP pump station located in the Hinjawadi Pune.

                                Fully agree with both observants. Besides, HP petrol pump opposite KPIT sells adulterated petrol. I have seen my colleagues complaining about break downs and engines not starting.

                                  I had booked for a refilling order almost 23 days back over telephone through central booking 1716 but till date the refilled cylinder has not been supplied.My consumer number is 604565 and the name of our distributor is Titani sales corporation (kolkata).Most of the time when we call they do not receive the call,if by mistake they receive the call they behave very rudely and harsh the consumer and most of the time they falsely commit that the gas cylinder will be delivered within a day or two.Yesterday again i called up them over telephone,the person told me that we are not getting your card most probably deliveryman has taken the card for delivery.Then i told him that 5 days back also you people had given the same answer,so please check that your deliveryman has deliverd it somewhere else i would be compelled to complaint against your agency.He started abusing and saying that this is why we do not receive the calls,whatever u want u do ,we do not bother and he disconnected the phone line.today i m trying to call them,but their telephone no[protected] is out of order.
                                  I m suffering a lot ,coz' last cylinder was delivered to me on 03/01/2008 and now i have to cook me on kerosine stove.
                                  so, i request you to please look in to the matter urgently and arranngement to be made to deliver the gas cylinder as early as possible and action must be taken against the distributor.

                                  Hindustan Petroleum / LPG — inordinate delay in supplying cylinder and not attending phone for days

                                  i have a hp lpg connection from smruti gas, 194 bapuji nagar, sisu bhawan chhak, bhubaneshwar, consumer no.605844.refill booked on 29th july has not been supplied.they have 3 telephone lines but they are never attended.i have complained over phone to senior regional manager lpg region, bbsr, where one boral promised to take action urgently.but iam yet to get the refill .i am a senior citizen and at 75 years it is not possible to visit gas agency.why action is not taken againstthese agents and what is the value of complaining to senior official of hp.

                                  I am a Consumer of HP GAS from Pune. I have registered for a 2nd cylinder connection on Jay Gas Agency, Wadgaon Shery Pune-014.on May-2007. Till now i dont got any responce from Jay gas Agency.
                                  I have already complant on your side 5month before but no action taken from your side.
                                  pl. take corrective action or tell me you are not provided 2nd cylinder in writting.

                                  I fully agree with above complaint because i am also a consumer of Jai Gas agency Vadgaon Sheri and facing problem with gas cylinder delivery . Gas refill could not be booked before 21 days after previous gas cylinder delivery and next cylider is delivered after 18 to 25 days so we get the cylinde after 41 to 45 days by that time the existing cylinder gets over and inspit of having 2 cylinders consumer has to suffer for lack of gas . Can HP PUNE do something over this ?

                                  I have Hidustan Petrolium Gas connection and my dealer is Vaishno Gas Service, Baraut, Baghpat-U.P. In this is regard i have to mention that I am 60 years old and despite of several request, dealer never supply the LPG cylinder at home. This create a lot of problem to me. The contact no. of dealer is [protected] and delaer never pick the mobile and he does not have any land line phone.

                                  You are requeste to please take necessary action so that dealer supply the gas at my home within stipulated time.

                                  Hindustan Petroleum / LPG — Not delivering of refill gas after one & half month of booking

                                  NON DELIVERY SINCE LAST 6 WEEKS AND MOSTLY NOT RESPONDING TO CALLS AND RUDELY BEHAVING, MAKING FALSE COMMITMENT TO DELIVER

                                  I had booked for a refilling order almost one & half month back through booking no3803 but till date the refilled cylinder has not been supplied.My consumer number is 625687 and the name of our distributor is Shradhanjali Enterprises, soldier Board, Meerut (U.P) .Most of the time when we call they do not receive the call, if by mistake they receive the call they behave very rudely and harsh the consumer and most of the time they falsely commit that the gas cylinder will be delivered within a day or two. It always happen when ever I book for a refilling the distributor always supplies the refilling after one & a half months of booking & after many reminders he also books the refilling after twenty one days. on an average I receive the refill cylinder once in three months.
                                  Kindly look into the matter.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I am a Consumer of HP GAS from Buldana.my consumer no is 607467. I have facing problem with gas cylinder delivery . Gas refill could not be booked before 21 days after previous gas cylinder delivery and next cylider is delivered after 50 to 60 days so we get the cylinde after 50 to 65 days by that time the existing cylinder gets over and inspit of having 2 cylinders consumer has to suffer for lack of gas. Our dealer sell cylinder in black with extra money to gas car, Hotel owners.
