I have receive a advanced booked cylinder a my home, at the time o[censored]se this cylinder i found a defect in fitting regulator on cylinder after that i call to hp gas dealer so many times( Adhunik gas Agency) road No.4 IPIA, Kota on contact No.[protected] but no responce on this no.earlier i tried to book gas on telephone but no aany person attend the telephone. we perssonally approach for booking of gas at gas agency.

    My Consumer No. is 621146 and HP Gas agency name is PELICAN GAS AGENCY, MAYUR VIHAR, PHASE -1, Delhi-110051

    I booked gas for home delivery on 15-FEB-2008, but till date there is no delivery. In this connection, number of times reminded to representative of said Gas Agency. They always say that you will be getting gas tommorrow morning. but no of tommorrow passsed away. and i am trying to call on mobile, phone nos, all the nos arre going busy & busy, last time also i have faced the same problem as i received the gas very late after reaching to the gas agency, that lady assurred me, sir aap jayia me one hour me gas bhajati hoo. This time my both cylinder are empty and my family is in very much trouble. In this regard, you are requested to take necessary action against owner of Gas Agency and arrange to provide filled cylinder at the earliest I hope you shall take strong action and instruct to them for not repeating this type of mis-chief otherwise I shall be knowing the door of Court.

    I too have had, and have, great trouble with Pelican Gas. They take money greedily but are reluctant to give service in return,

    Dear Sir,

    I have HP gas connection from 20 years.
    Our HP gas distributor/ dealer is pelican gas agency and our account # 612798. This is very disappointing to say that pelican gas agency doesn't have sance how to talk to customer they talk very arrogantly, misbehave with customer.

    Kindly do some need full, so that customer can be happy with your service.

    hi, this is ranjit and my consumer no is 607148 and issue it that i have been trying to book riffil since 11th jan 2010. but riffil is still not delivered to my home--Add-12228 trilok puri delhi -91, and a lady who pick up phone in agencey, she does not provide booking no to customer and same thingh happened with me, she did not provide my booking no. and deiconnected the call and when i tried to call her again but she disconnected the phone again and again. and now when i try to phone her to know about riffil delivery. she still keep tempting me and since i am still not get my riffil while it is 18th jan, 2010. that lady always does same and she also does not talk to coustemer politiy and pelican gas agencey always take time to deliver the riffil above one week.and i would like to comment on this that pelican gas agencey, service is pathitic and very poor and please improve service level otherwise we have to move to another service provider

    I tried to book gas for home delivery from last 10 days but till date there is no delivery, while booking through the mobile no. I am very much suprised that what a bad servie that you (HP) is providing to the customer. More over if we are goingto book directly they will not accepting the bookingalso.     Its Bhupal singh Manral, consumer no.623917, even i am also became the victim of such incidents not a single time, many time. I don't know whats the wrong with the Pelican gas agency management, or staff...this things happened so frequently with me atleast. if i talk about present i book my refil on 24 feb.2011, on booking no.412646, but still waiting for the deliver reach to me.

    And the more ironical is on last 18th March..2011, i received delivery sms from the agency in which they claim in next 48 hours they will deliver the refil, but after 8 days past ...i think still they waiting for their 48 hours.

    Is any one from the PELICAN GAS AGENCY management side could tell me boss how much more i need to wait for the same ????? or when onwords you guys will update your services, and will provide efficient services to your esteemed costomers who are the source of your bread and butter.

    so don't play with them, its just a suggestion, don't mind.

    we have been suffering since 1 year due to irregular gas cylinder supply...whenever we book a gas cylinder we get it after 2-3 months...
    i have recieved a message on my phne on 5th of november but it has not been delivered yet...so please kindly take some action towards it...

    Myself Meenakshi, want to do complaint against Hp Gas Agency regarding late delivery which a problem facing by several users.       My gas connection consumer No: 613374 at Sangameshwara Gas Agency has been requested to transfer to HP Gas Dealer M/s Hindustan Gas Company, B.H.E.L., Town ship, R.C. Puram, B.H.E.L., Hyderabad 500032, since this dealer near to my residence.

      The transfer has been accepted by HP Gas
      AUTH CODE : CWZF4VKD has been assigned for the transfer request

      M/s Hindustan Gas Company, B.H.E.L., Town ship, R.C. Puram, B.H.E.L., Hyderabad 500032, had refused to accept the transfer of Gas when I have approched them

      It is hereby requested to kindly instruct the Gas Dealer M/s Hindustan Gas Company, B.H.E.L., Town ship, R.C. Puram, B.H.E.L., Hyderabad 500032 to accept my Gas connection and delivery the Gas.

      i have one gas cylinder. we applied for the 2 nd gas cylinder in March 2007. Till now we did not get cylinder. each time when we are asking in agency, they are telling that it has not come, some times as it was cancelled. Can you please explain me the follow up procedure

        Dear Team,
        I had connection by the name of Pankaj v Gole ( Akola. Vidharhba M.S.) And which has been transfered to Solapur ( M.S.) but due to some problem i had not taken the connection in solapur and after 6 month again i want my connectin in Akola.( M.S.) Where it was earlier. But my Hp dealer is not accepting even though i am having sufficint document for tranferring the same.Could u please give me the complete information for the same.Or what is procedure for the same.

          The phone lines of the dealer is always engaged and even when it is not most of the time no one picks up. With great difficulty, as usual, I got through and made a refill booking about a month back (in first or second week of February). I haven't got the refill cyclinder yet. In between, after many attempts to get through I have spoken to the dealer twice about the status of the refill cylinder. I am told it will be delivered. But still no refill cylinder has reached me.

          I live in Lokhandwala of Kandivli East. My consumer number is 624752 and the distributor is Sh Lalji (code[protected].

          We are facing lot of difficulties even for monthly booking for gas, if we give a call the number would be in continuous busy status or they will be disconnecting the call and more over even if they receive a call they don’t have a patience to take complete details of the consumer, they are not ready to take consumer name even and they are providing any waiting list number or the date when we gone receive the cylinder which we booked for and more over if the landline number is not reachable they are requesting us to send a message to the mobile number - [protected] Mr.Murthy.

          Note: They are requesting us to book only after 30 days from the last billing date to book it will take nearly two to three days even after booking we wont be knowing how long it will gone take to deliver the cylinder.

          I would request you to kindly do the needful so that it won’t prevent this type of issues in future.

          I also stay in the same area & am a customer of R Kantilal ADHOC Dombivili.
          We generally receive the supply of cylinder within 3-5 days of booking.

Sometimes they are not opening shutter fully. They were inside their office, but when knocked their shutter, they were not responding.

                I own HP gas connection from Kukatpally housing board agency.
                Whenver I try to book my cylender on[protected], most of the times busy tone; othertimes nobody list the call.

                I do not understand this booking system and I am sure this can be improved. I tried to speak to the agency folks, they were more than rude and inhuman.

                I wish I had the power to sack them immediately.
                I hope to see better India as we always should we are no more less than any other country!

                  My problem with the service is whenever we opt for booking the reffil generally after 20 days of period, their personnel are telling that we have to book the reffil after ONE MONTH period. Even if we do the booking after ONE month, they are delivering the cylinder after 7 to 10 days. Again they are asking us to book the reffil only after one month from delivery date. That means it is almost above 40 days for booking the cylinder.

                    I residing at Belanagar Govt Colony under poclice station at Bally, Howrah 711 205, W.B. resi phone no[protected] suffering from HP L.P. Gas Supply. It tooks nowadays arround one month to get delivered at home. Recently there are lot of problems while we book the refil, without any reason they cancel our booking and harras us. If I don't get any rapid solution I'll immediately transfer my connection to either Indane or Bharat Gas.

                    Please note that our distributor's name is Janata Consumers Co Operative Pvt. Ltd, under our consumer no.603617.

                      still the gas is not delivered because of irregular responce from the dealer our dealer brach is at somajiguda, beside Yashoda hospital lane, hyderabad. last montyh he orgue with my mother to give extra money 20- actual gas price 305- he is forced to give extra 20- (twenty rupees) his name is Younis . Office No is 23328724. in office also they r not give proper responce to coustemers not lifting phone. last month he orgue with my mother to give extra money other wise i wil not deliver r u r gas in time nd he said what u do u can where u want to give complaint u can give but i wil not give gas in time to u. so that is the problem so kindly take necessary action on that somajiguda branch office nd tht delivery person younis. he is very rash person he is collecting money frm all the houses. so pls kindly take action on tht person.

                        My husband(Late Banke Bihari Mathur)was the customer of Bhagwati (HP Gas Distributor) gas agency,Near Malwa Hotel,Ajmer and he has been expired 2 years ago.His Cousumer No is 801057.
                        I have given an application and all supporting docouments to HP gas authorities more than one month ago.Now, I am in jaipur and I am still waiting for my gas transfer.(I am using Reliance cylinder on cost of 600/-)They people(Bhagwati gas agency,Ajmer) are not taking my case seriously(delayed the case) pls take some corrective acion soon.

                          I am a consumer of HP GAS with consumer no 606258 under the distributor M/s SIVASAKTHI GAS AGENCY,HP GAS DEALER, KOIPALLIL ROYAL ARCADE,PUTHIKAVU MAVELIKARA,KERALA with distributor code 7.My problem is even though i am residing well with in the city limits the agency is levying exorbitant delivery charges for distributing the gas cylinders at my home.On enquiry it is learnt that another gas agenecy who is distributing gas here in our area is not levying any fee for home delivery. when this fact has bought to the notice of M/S Sivasakthi they are of the opinion that their godown is at far away place hence they levying the delivery charge. kindly let me know whether the distributor is levying such a fee with your permission,if not direct them to refund the delivery charges which is already collected and also not to collect such charges in future. And also direct them to issue proper bill/cashvoucher for every delivery transcation henceforth.Hope your esteemed organisation will look into the matter and redress my grivances soon.

                            I have applied for a new HP Gas connection at a Amrapali Gas,Angarika appartment, Chichwad Gaon, pune. The Distributor code is 19623100 .I got this code from your site.It has almost been 5 to 6 months now for registration.My registration number is 2395 First they told me that the address where i was living is not under their area, why didn't they check at the time of form submission? Soon after when I shifted to my new home and submitted them my new address which is under their area,they assured me to give connection within 10 days,but after that Whenever we visited these people, we got the same old answer "come and check after 15 days as stock is not available".They also didn't entertain the customer prooerly.I thought HP is reputed company having good record but actually I got very bad experience.
                            I am in big trouble, I don't know in india after such a development also people have to still struggle for the basic requirements of day to day life...
                            I hope you will look in to this matter and do the nacessary action and help me to keep my thiking positive about HP company.

                              I am trying for the past 2 weeks to book refill cylinder over phone. There are three landline numbers given by your Kandivali dealer. All the numbers are always busy. If by luck, I will get the connection, there will be no response to the call. I do not understand how come three lines are always busy. Matter is serious. Needs investigation and corrective action on urgent basis.

                              Second complaint is delivery. If I book the refill, the delivery date promised is next day. Next day if I call, it will again be next day. Why it is like this? After continuous followup for six hours one day, I did recieve a cylinder by the agency. The delivery boy did not give any reciept when I demanded.

                              It has been observed that the company vehicle is parke during the day at Lokhandwala Township road. You can get immediate delivery if you pay some premium even if you are not a registered customer.
                              basically if they don't make problems for you how will they earn extra income from black? simple aint it?

                                  My gas connection number is 523227. I have been screwed up for the last 3 years for non delivery of gas in time as per the date and delivery mentioned by the Gas Agency Shreya Enterprises located at Neredmet,Malkajgiri,Hyderabad-India. Earlier after the delivery of 2nd cylinder it was 21 days later we have to book and the deliver will take place on 10 day of 2nd booking and now we have to book after 21 days and delivery date was extended by 15 days days. Having two cylinders is of no use neither we are not even getting Kerosene in worst cases to cook . Even after 40 days I doubt no one in India having a family of 4(four) and above can manage one Cylinder for 40 days. Either we have to go begging with local gas provider or the person who delivers at door step and bribe him up upto Rs.200/- . Even as on date we can get cylinders @Rs.600 to Rs.700/- asper demand. I wonder there are so much fast food centres and how come they are getting cylinders and roadside vendors who make Idli/Vada they too get Gas at premium. What I have seen that the agency under my area is having around 25000 connection and the refill station is providing one truck i.e. approx 310 cylinders to this Shreya agency. I spoke to the local agency owner and I was bit surprised to hear that if and only when money is pumped in illegal way or underpayment if done then only they can get additional requirement's. The local Agency owner has not budged to this type of corruption. It seems there is a big conspiracy by the gas agency all over India under the Congress Rule and during NDA rule we use to get gas the same day or next day.

                                      we have a problem that when the gas is booked we are told to call 1stone number than the other & yet an other before the order is noted.
                                      Than we are told by Maj Puneet'S STAFF who runs the business for him that we shall not be given the gas before 2days.Although thier is no reported shortage.We have the need for 2 cylenders being a joint family but they always keep us waiting .
                                      2ndly the cylender may be weighing full but the gas lasts only 7 days as the cylender is partcially full of water abiut which we learn only after we have used the gas.
                                      In this case despite being the citizen who pay their taxes & respect the law we are the ones who are cheated & we are the ones who get to here rude tones when we launch a complain.
                                      Our request to the authority is that since the service station belongs to an army personal at least at his station some respect for the fellow citizens should be given. It is not a nic efeeling at the age of 63 + if i have to go to the station to get the cyclender my self.
                                      Looking forward to a permanet solution to this problem

                                        As I have made a request for the new cylinder after the completion of restricted period for the two cylinder the person in the office did not recieved the request the through phone. But when I personally met the office four calls the person incharge of the office handled me very rudely and scold me very worstly. The timings written in the bill was 8:00am to 8:00pm. But he agree with that timings written in the bill.So please take necessary actions against the concerned person and the needful as soon as possible as we are moving towards the consumer court regarding this issue.
                                        My gas dealer is sursuman gas service ,pooth kalan.delhi.
                                        My consumer no. is 647604.Today my gas regulator was not working . I went to sursuman ,but there is a lady i dont know her name.she refused to change it and misbehaved with me . And said me to do what u can do.I have no choice except to complaint.
