[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non delivery of gas cylinder

Hi!
My consumer number is 9618, state uttrakhand, city Haldwani, Bhotia parao, agency Kathgodam gas service, in the name of Sardar Sampuran Singh.
My complaint is to non-delivery of cylinder to the appropriate area.we are trying to contact the agency they are not picking up the phone We have to go to the cylinder gas agency for taking the cylinder which is not right. We are not getting the delivery of the cylinder at our door step. Please take the appropriate action.

There are many Stray Dogs in Someshwara Nagar, Yelahanka New Town,(Behind Yelahanka New Town Bustand). Pls take them away, or make solution.

I am consumer of LPG gas of Kiran Agency(HP Gas),Kondwa(PUNE)48.My consumer no is 656144.Every month they ask for booking of gas cylinder after 21 days, after booking again they ask for another 10-12 days for delivery,and every month they have an excuse that there is severe shortage of cylinders. Every month we have to servivive at least 2-3 days eating from restaurents ,as we get cylinder only after 34-35days after booking, Despite the fact that i have 2 cylinders.

Kindly do something, and let we common people know that action is being taken against these BIG Gas Agents with a complaint of a small consumer.

I had booked for a new gas cyliner on 24th Nov '09. When I call the gas agency, the representative says she'll send it the next day. Its 9th Dec '09 and I have yet to recieve my new cylinder.

most of the distributor not suppling cylender in time, specially in manmad, we faces ample of problem. you have reputed name. how u ignore such type of complaints ?

distributor is Ashanvit gas,jawahar marg,indore,I am very sorry to say
that refill cylinder has not been supplied by agency since last 8 months.
I met representative of the agency so many times but her behavior was

I have booked my cylinder on[protected]. Inspite of several verbal enquiry and request, I am not provided the gas cylinder.Secondly, Gas is distributed in Saila Khurd where very long que used to wait for 16-18hours before the delivery of cylinder.

I am residing in my mill premises at Saila Khurd which is easily approachable from main road (National Highway)and another gas agency from Garhshankar use to send their distribution van inside the mill and distribute the cylinders to colony residents but nobody ever bothered from Bajrang Gas Agency to deliver the cylinder inside. This all puzzled me a lot and forced me to register the complaint.

So I request you to ensure the gas cylinder delivery at the right time at our door. Please take a quick action to my request. My particulars are as below .

Sir,
I am not getting refill cylinder in 21 days. The agency says that delivery will not be given before one month.And agency does not register for refill cylinder before one month.The supply of refill is also very late. I have send a message for reffil on dated 6 octber but not got cylinder till now. plz help me sir.

I booked gas for home delivery on13.11.2010 but till today 19.11.2010 not deliver, as the time of call they told me we will deliver within two days from date of booking. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas.

Realy very lazy people.

My consumer no. at Bathinda Gas Service Bathinda is 703374. Inspite of repeated complaints (Including one is[protected] dated 15.12.2010 and subsequent reminders dated 22.12. 27.12., 28.12). I have not yet been delivered my refill. My bookind no. 842 dated 20.12.2010. More than one month past in last delivery.

Please arrange to deliver me refill.

I am a resident of Alto Porvorim Goa. I am consumer of HP Gas, my consumer no. 609231. Gas distribution services of my local HP Gas supplier M/s Talkar Gas service Porvorim Goa is very worst. He is not providing Gas to his consumer’s even after months long after booking. I have booked a cylender of Gas on 19/11/2010, and still as on 07/01/2011 I have not received gas. After booking I have remind him 5-6 times also make personnel visit to their office and request them to provide the Gas but still they have not supplied the Gas Cylinder. This is not of my alone problem, when I have visited his office I have seen a many people complaining the same that they have booked the gas cylinders months long back but they are received their Gas cylinders in time. And facing the problem.

I request to you please look into the matter and take the necessary action to resolve the problem.

I have booked for delivery of cylinder on 25th December (booking no. 740578) again renewed on 9th January, 17th January 19th January and last on 2nd February. In each time they promissed to deliver on the date of complain only. In my last complained i.e, on 2nd February, in the branch number[protected], they replied why you were not complained yet ? and when i said the fact again he promissed to deliver immediately. But till now the cylinder is not delivered.

When we discussed with the person who is regularly delivering our gas cylinder (Mob: [protected]) he replied the branch always selling cylinder in outside by charging more money as black.

Now say, to whom we will give our problem. Since last december we have already spent Rs. 1900 for purchasing gas from outside. This is terrible. I think there is no proper solutions for these problems. The innocent consumer is always penalised for this.
