[Resolved] HP Gas (Vasai Bazar Gas Service Virar West) — Late Delivery of Gas after Booking | |
I booked gas for home delivery on 23.07.08, it being delivered on 22.08.2008. Whenever I made phone call to their representative, he said after one month you will get the gas cylinder delivery. The guys who are delivering the cylinder they are having cylinder to sell in black costing Rs.500. but not to give to the customer. When on 22.08.2008 he came in our apartment to deliver some ones cylinder my mother asked for cylinder he said that your number still not came. When my mothers argued with him that time he gave one cylinder to us. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. In our Building the entire HP gas customer facing this problem. PLEASE HELP ALL O[censored]S. I had booked New connection on Dt:13/08/2012, two gas cylinder. But till today the 21st Aug, may I had not received my gas. So please send early. My consumer no.651684 sir please do the needful.

Very poor service getting from vasai bazar gas service. people who work there doesn't have sense to talk with clients. they treat like doing favor for us. do not responding on queries after asking them 5 to 6 times. its totally worst service given to customer. we are helplessness to endure them. they always have stock to sell cylinder in black but doesn't have stock to supply normal people like us who does the booking. my consumer no is 612342 and i had done the booking on 2nd of july 2013 but still not getting delivery of my booked cylinder.
Can you pls take this serious and do it on priority basis.

I am experiencing the same thing. I have booked the cylinder through phone booking service on 5th July 2013, and it's still not delivered. I am calling everyday 4-5 times to the delivery guy and every time he is saying that it will be delivered today in 30 min and so.
I am very frustrated by eating outside food, as there is no alternate cylinder. Even their office number's which are mentioned on net (just dial)are also incorrect.
Need to drop an email or phone to the owner of the gas agency.
Does anyone out there have email id or cell phone number of the owner of the agency??

Swapna Shilp Gas Agency ( Virar-West) - Agency Manager using Abusing words with customers on Call for Complaint about Delivery issue.
This kind of agencies don't Deserve single star also.
Very worst service provided by above mention Gas Agency.
Agency Cost Extra amount from all HP Gas customer at our Location.
When we deny on this to pay any extra amount, Delivery Boy directly say that they will return Gas cylinder back to office if extra amount not payed, when we call to manager (Mr Sharma) of Swapna Shilp Gas Agency ( Virar-West)
he started using Abusing Languages.
If this kind of service is provided from your Gas Agencies then why HP company is not looking in this kind of complainants.
