I booked gas for home delivery on08.08.08 but till today 27.08.08 not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to gas agency, he says it will take 11to12 days time for delivery. I am very sorry to say i am having single cylinder connection and we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor code is 112090. My consumer number is 628400.

I booked gas for home delivery on 15.09.08 but till today 31.10.08 not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to gas agency, he says it will take 11to12 days time for delivery and want to purchase the soap, gas tube etc. i am having two cylinder connection and we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with Bharat. I hv boked gas gas but already 1&1/2 months gone no body is response in HP gas Agency in Jamshedpur.ADITYA GAS AGENCY.UNCO-HOUSE,MAINROAD,ADITYAPUR,JAMSHEDPUR-13.PH NO:[protected]/75.All coustome facing this type of problem.If we ask to Agency persons are misbehave to customer also.There is no guaranty when gas will come/deliver.I never seen this type of service any other citys this is my past exp.plz take action against this AGENCY.

    Sir,

    I would like to inform that the Gas Agency at Channapatna, Ramanagar Dist. (Bangalore Rural), Karnataka is not receiving phone calls for booking Gas cylinder. I found he is such a ignorant not only in receiving phone calls but also in delivering cylinders after 21 days. Sir, I would like to inform that he will accept booking only after 20 days of supply of earlier cylinder and supply the subsequent cylinder after 30 - 35 days. In this regard a thorough check can be made. This irregular delivery of cylinders causes severe problems to the customers. I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and give necessary instructions to the Agency so that the above mentioned problems shall be solved. Hope you will take immediate action in this matter.

    I would like to inform about Gas Agency at Kphb, Ranga Reddy dist, Andhrapradesh
    I was trying to call for booking cylinder for 2 days but they were not receving the calls and receiver always hanging position. i am facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency "Ratna Gas", Dealer Code "515180", HMT Hills, opp JNTU, Kukatpalli. My booking no is 623991 problems about this service
    Sir,

    I would like to inform that the Gas Agency at NCL Pune Pashan Road is not receiving phone calls for booking Gas cylinder. I found he is such a ignorant not only in receiving phone calls but also in delivering cylinders after 21 days. Sir, I would like to inform that he will accept booking only after 20 days of supply of earlier cylinder and supply the subsequent cylinder after 30 - 35 days.     Even I have similar problem with this Ratna agency oposite to JNTU. Kukkat palli Hyderbad.
    I had booked the gas on 17-Nov-2009, and I was told that gas wil be deliverd after 5 days. Today, that is after 5 days when I called, then they are bookign the gas and saying the they wil deliver after 5 days. The propriator is a female, she is not able to handle their staff effectively, Before some byd burn up the shop I request to cancel the dealorship to som ebody who can handle her staff properly so that the can do the custoemr service properly. They did not give the booking number when I called first time. This is another biggest problem with them.

      Stop booking of cylinder and not giving second cylinder

      I am a regular HP gas consumer. I am staying in Jahangirpuri and the dealer is Smriti Gas service a few days ago we had gone to our gas agency on 12.11.2010 for Appling of new cylinder there was a requirement of some documents like residence proof, receipt slip of first cylinder. All required documents we had submitted but receipt of first cylinder has lost so could not submitted that slip but owner of this agency said to us that make a affidavit for the same and after that you will get new second cylinder. But he has written on our gas book that documents are missing. We have submitted all documents that required by gas agency owner alongwith affidavit but there is not any response till today.

      From then, our cylinder is not booking by internet booking when we went to gas agency for asking reason, why internet booking is not booking our gas but he is began to say that bring that person whose name the gas is booked for sign verification, our gas is in the name of our father Shri. Anand singh so we presented our father in the gas agency to talk to owner of this agency for solve this problem and verification purpose also. But when my father arrived with my younger sister in gas agency they saw there was owner of this agency abusing to others and he was talking very badly to other and me also there HP gas distributor/ dealer is so much arrogant, misbehave with the clients, non cooperating person, Is this type of work right with clients? He was not giving any kind of information to me and other also he don’t know with this behavior we all clients have to bear too much trouble. he should not do this type of work with clients because by us he do business its his ought to client if he cannot provide gas to client and not taking responsibility of supply cylinder to client at time so he should leave this agency and give to another person who is handle well

      Sir We are facing a big problem because of big family and having single cylinder and non booking of refilling. I am requesting you to solve our both problems. Kindly reply me on my email, my email address is given blow.

        My gas agency name is Kankariya Gas Agency, New Sangavi, Pimpri-Chincwad, Pune. Whenever they deliver gas at home, the delivery guy never give the recipt and ask for extra Rs. 10/-. I reported the matter to the Gas Agency but they took no action against the delivery guy.

          T. Kishan prasad applied Gas connection on 3 rd Dec 07 at Lakshmi vaishnavi enterprises Moulali, Hyderabad.But they gave us only stove on 5/04/08 regulator on 11/08/08 by reg.No 2070.They are not giving and gas cyclinder and Document.
          If we asked about cyclinder and Document they threatening once they scolud us and they are trying to cheat us. If we asked about Gas cyclinder they simply telling ask after 6 pm only.( after office hours).We came to know that some gundas and other street rouides will be there after office hours. Thas why we unable ask them .

            Myself Manohar lal s/o sh. Chiman resident of Malout mandi distt muktsar state punjab.We lived in malout near about 60 to 70 years.My HP Gas Connection No.8940.Few day before when i go to SACHDEVA GAS AGENCY OFFICE, LOCATED IN SURJA RAM MARKET, MALOUT HAVING DISTRIBUTOR NO.962020( Ph No.[protected]) because they call me to identify my RATION card for record .When i show them my RATION card they said make a photo copy .When i make a photo copy from bazar & rerurned to HP Gas office .They said bring ur Voter card & do same which they earlier with me.When i said this is not fair they said we do this again & again, do what u can do against us.Their staff member named FOUJI said sit in office for 1 hour after that we think about u.So pls take some action against this office workers .

            HP Gas — Misbehaviour of local distributor

            Our Gas connection no. is 612638 registered in the name of S.Natarajan, C/o S.G.Nayagam, Dinesh Apartments, Flat no. 101, Raipur Naka, Durg. Our Gas dealer name is Popular Gas Service, New Adarsh Nagar, Borsi Road, durg. The dealer never attends his phone nos. 4016170, 2322939, 2327427 and never delivers the cylinder on time. It is inconvenient to visit their office situated a distant place to book for refil and do the follow up. This complaint is of a regular nature.

              Late Delivery of Gas after Booking

              I booked gas for home delivery on 23.07.08, it being delivered on 22.08.2008. Whenever I made phone call to their representative, he said after one month you will get the gas cylinder delivery. The guys who are delivering the cylinder they are having cylinder to sell in black costing Rs.500. but not to give to the customer. When on 22.08.2008 he came in our apartment to deliver some ones cylinder my mother asked for cylinder he said that...

              I am staying in Baroda and do own ration card.

              When I have approached HP Gas Cylinder Distributor for New Connection, his surveyer visited my place and asked me to bring Rs 4750 for new connection.

              While visiting his office, he forced me to buy Burner along with the Gas Connection and that is of specific bran provided by him. He was also trying to tell me that New Burner with New Connection is must and Compulsory, even though you own one burner.

              He has not afraid of telling me that we will not provide you the connection if you will not buy burner from us.

                Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
                I booked gas for home delivery on29.08.08 & Recevied Dted 20.08.08..It is regularly happening that after booking it will take 15-20 days for delivary for that also we call them at list twice. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

                HP Gas — Soham Gas Agency Thane

                Hi,

                I am facing so much trouble from Soham Gas Agency in Thane. My Consumer No is 641768. When ever I called them for booking these people will give surety will deliver tomorrow. I have to make so many calls everday for this cyclinder. This is really a very bad service from Soham Gas Agency. I am just requesting you is there any other HP gas Agency in Thane as I need to change this agency. The worst part of this agency there are 10 numbers on their book but most of the times these numbers are busy.
                Its a regular practice. Min 15-20 days are required for delivery. Reaching through their phones is another challenge as most of them are kept engaged or do not pick up. HP should do some serious thing about same.
                Same happened with me I booked my gas on 02-Feb-2012 & till today 14-Feb-2012 no sign of getting it. The contact numbers are always engage & there is no other way to reach them.

                HP should improve on the deliveries & I am getting the same experience second time in a row!!
                SERVICE REPORT :
                I RECEIVED MY GAS CYCLINDER ON DT 28.12.12 AND FOUND LIKEGAE IN IT, I CONTACTED THE SOHAM AGENCY AND ASKED THEM TO SEND THERY SERVICE BOY, FIRST AT EVENING I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SERVICE BOY THAT HIS JOB TIME IS OVER AND HE WON'T COME BUT AS I CALLED THE AGENCY AGAIN AND COMPLAINT FOR WHAT THE SERVICE BOY SAID THEY FORCE HIM TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT.

                HE CAME AND CHECKED THE CYCLINDER AND TOLD ME THAT ITS O.K AND PROBLEM IS WITH MY GAY SAGADI, HE MADE SOME REPAIRING IN IT AND CHARGED 520 FOR THE SAME INCLUDING HIS SERVICE CHARGE. AFTER 15 DAYS I AGAIN HAD A SAME LIKEGAGE PROBLEM AND I GAVE A CALL TO GAS AGENCY, THEY SEND THE OTHER SERVICE BOY WHO CAME AND CHEKCED THE CYCLINDER, THE PROBLEM WAS WITH IT ONLY, THE VISER WAS NOT O.K WITH CYCLINDER .

                DUE TO CONTINOUS LIKEGAE MY CYCLINDER WHICH GOES NORMALLY FOR 2 MTH ENDED IN 25 DAYS AND I HAVE TO FACE LOSS OF 520 WITH OUT REASON AND FOR ONE EXTRA CYCLINDER 910 RS. TOTAL LOSS OF 1430/-.

                THIS IS DISGUSTING.

                  Dear Sir,
                  We have a connection of HP Gas and our dealer is "Sharma Gas Agency- Malviya Nagar, Jaipur 302017". Most of the time the phone nos is engaged and if we book our gas by visiting the agency office in person, it is never delivered in time. If we follow up, we always get answer like cylinder has been given to delivery boy and shall be delivered by today and it doesnot get delivered even after 10-12 days.
                  If we are lucky to get our cylinder delivered, delivery boy never ready to weigh the cylinder unless some male member is there. Even this time on 19th of this month, boy didnot weigh the cyliner after repeated request.
                  Kindly take up the matter to the person concerned as in their office, there is no facility to ensure forwarding our complain to the right person. This is a general complain and customer normally donot know whom to complain incase of such problems.

I have Booked My Connection on 27.1.2009 by Personely Bcoz Most of the time the phone nos is engaged and Still Today i do not received my Cyliender and I am calling there continue but noboday pick the phone.Booking boy give me a no is 1899.Pls.                     We have booked an addition cylinder with the HP dealer"ISWARLAL MOHANLAL PARIKH" at New Panvel.They immediately gave a subscription voucher with an amount of Rs 1250.But there was another bill for two packets(500grms) of tea powder(Vikram CTC Leaf Tea, which i have never heard of ), one "CLIPPER" gas lighter and a gas canister of the "CLIPPER", which altogether amounts to about Rs 400.

                    When asked, the front office said it's the company policy and to meet the manager for further clarification.But coudnt reach him after many attempts

                    I would like to know, if HP has any such company policy to forcefully sell other products

                      sir,

                      I am a club hp member and having club hp smart card bearing no: [protected].
                      While operating the card at your outlet situated at siripuram, visakhapatnam, the card was broken
                      and its inoperative now.
                      After contacting your officials at the same outlet for the card replacement, they asked me to pay
                      Rs. 250/- towards charges for replacing with new one. And there is no fault on my side with the
                      breakage of card, why i have to pay penalty in getting new one.

                      Hence, i request your goodselves to guide me in this matter, and suggest me how to get the new card.

                          Dear sir,
                          I've booked for a new LPG gas connection through our nearest HP Gas dealer Surya Gas Agencies (Alampally Road, Vikarabad, Andhra Pradesh) on 19th April 2008. Reg No.: 27822. I've also submitted all the necessary documents demanded by the agency.
                          For the past one and half months, when approached for the LPG gas connection kit, they are giving a future date, a day sometime after one week, and this is continuing till now...
                          Each time the reason is different - if once they say regulator is not available, the next time they say gas cylinder is not available, and the next time, the reason is gas stove is not available...
                          Please look into the matter, and help us! We are suffering a lot, as we are using kerosene for cooking, which again, is very difficult to get.

                          HP - LPG connection — Non delivery of LPG in time

                          I have am consumer of HP-LPG gas in Chennai. The dealer is Savitha Gas agency, Adambakkam. I have 2 cylinders.
                          1) When a cyliner finishes & try to book a refilled cylinder through phone, the phone is either busy or they dont pick up. So we have to visit the dealer to book the gas.
                          2) They check the previous refilling date. If it is less than 21 days, they will not book.
                          3) After they book they will take 10-14 days to supply the cylinder. So the total days becomes 21+10 to 14.
                          4) By then your next cylinder is also empty. How long a cylinder can go for a family of 5 members? In my house it goes 20-23 days.
                          So how one can adjust with shortage of LPG gas. To fullfill the gap of shorage either I have to use a heater or stove or borrow from a helpful neigher if I am lucky or try to get from Black Market.
                          Can anyone help me?

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          I hav transfered my gas connection from panchkula (Hariyana) to Baddi (solan, HP), But after 45 days i did not get cylinder after subbmiting 1500 rs. The hp deler code is[protected]. it is in nalagarh distt solan, HP .

                          HP Gas-LPG — Non delivery of the Gas

                          This is something very serious. The LPG gas which was booked on 24th september2008, has not yet delivered. Moreover, there is nobody who is attending the calls i.e. a complete non-addressal to the consumer's grievances. This being a festival season, Gas being a basic household necessity, its very bad on the company's part to play with with the customers' needs. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
                          I have booked new connection from a HP dealer 'Nirmal gas service' at Mundra, Kutchh, Gujrat. on 26Nov 2007. Now when almost after one & half year my turn came for the issue of new connection, dealer is denying to provide me connection as his representetive has seen a gas connection at my home which was borrowed from my company & the connection is in company's name. I will be returning the company connection once I get my own. I do not know why they are refusing me a connection once I do not have any in my name.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          on 18 Feb I, logged a No for LPG refill on voice interactive call & got Booking No-281827. after 10 dyas i got a sms, saying about cash memo no-15467 & expected date of delivery-04 March.since 05 March i regulary did follow up with the DEVIDYAL Enterprise, but they gave response very very casually.
                          plz look into the matter.

                            I stay in Bangalore and have experienced it quite many times in two of the petrol stations in Bangalore. Both are HP stations. When we ask the crew to fill up the petrol for say Rs. 300, he first fills it up for say Rs. 100 and then stops (as if he heard me wrong). When we insist for the petrol for Rs. 300, he offers excuses and tells you that he will be filling the petrol for rest of Rs. 200 and continues filling without resetting to zero. In the meantime other person (collecting the money) tries to divert your attention!!! In total, he fills petrol for only Rs. 200 (i.e. 0-100, 100-200) and charges Rs. 300. If you are not attentive, then you have been goofed up?!! It happened quite a number of times with me, my brother and my friends and it happened only in HP petrol pumps (Madivala Check post - Koramangala & Marenahalli Petrol Pump - Jayanagar 4th T Block). Can the authorities take some action?
                            i need to take an agent in your bunk i want to know about all the details regurding your bunk.
                            I agree with the above complaint.
                            Please be careful with Marenahalli Petrol Bunk near JP Nagar / Jayanagar 4th T Block. I have been cheated twice and I know so many people who have complained of their dirty tricks. The cashier puts all efforts to distract you or the guy filling the fuel will stop in the middle, resets it to zero and starts filling it again. Say you ask him to fill for 500, he stops at 300 and says he will fill another 200. I don’t know what way they tamper the meter, but the fuel will be far less than Rs.500.

                              Here in " DURWASA HP GAS Agency" shop no. 120 MPHB Complex, Malviya Nagar, Durg (C.G.) 491001

                              They declared two phome No. out of which one is not in presence"211193" & in second No. "4012205" Evey month when i try to book the Gas cylender continiously 2-3 days either the phone gives Engaged or keeps on rinning no one replies, now today on 17-Mar-09 I again try the same from 2.30P.M. to 5.00P.M. lastly at 4.50P.M. the receiver was picked and no budy talks for continuesly 10 Min. Then I Personally went to the dealer and booked the cylender and seen the receiver on the table then I asked for the explanation, person in the counter who received the call and put the receiver in the table replies that the booking time is from 3.00P.M. to 5.00P.M., then I told him to see the watch the time is 05.05 P.M. When I was there, Distance from My House to Dealer point is hardly 1.5 KMS which takes max 05 to 07 Min.

                              Then I asked for the Mobile No of Area Manager, But He had not given the same.
                              Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking 4.4.2009( 11 days) till today 15.4.2009 not deliver. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of srvice and it is regualr happening with HP.                               Mr. Vijay nai meri gas book ki thi. Maine 3-4 baar phone or kiya to mujhe Miss Anita jo vaha shayad employee hai ne ye kaha ki gas 2-3 din mai aa jayegi. par meri gas nahi aayi.
                              Or aaj maine dobara phone kiya tho Miss anita kahti hai aapki gas book hi nahi hai. maine booking no. maanga to phone anita nai kaat diya. maine phir dobara phone kiya or unse booking no maanga to unhone mujhe bahut ulta sidha kaha ki gas aa jayegi na, booking no lekar kya karogi, tumara dimag kharab hai kya, gas jab aayegi tab bhej denge etc. Mera kahne ka matlab hai ki unhone itna batmiji se baat ki kya bataun. Ek ladki hokar vo ehsa behave karti hai customer ke sath. Maine Propriter se baat karvane ke liye kaha to anita nai kaha ki propriter sabse baat karne ke liye nahi hai. hamse baat karo or phone kaat diya. Mujhe Propriter ka Phone number tak nahi diya. Aakhir kya ho gaya hai kya gas ki itni shortage hai ki ek customer ko 8 din gas nahi mil sakti. plz do something hamesha se aise hi ye log meri gas late bhejte hai. or aaj to batmiji ki had ho gayi isliye mai aapko mail kar raha hu. plz meri gas kal lagva dijiye mere ghar mai gas khatam ho gayi hai.

                                  I am HPCL's customer from last 13 years. I am getting LPG cylinders thru your dealer M/s. Atish Gas, Dahanukar Colony, Kothrud, Pune - 411029 (my consumer # 601260).

                                  This is 4th or 5th time in last 1 year, I have found LPG cylinder is leak at Brass valve. I request you to find the root cause and eliminate the same. You know it will be very dangerous for us, if it continues like this. Please take appropriate & urgent action.

                                      I had got booked gas through HP helpline no. 1716 25 days back .My gas number is 600297 and gas agency is Sahni Gas Agency, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-51.but till today i have not received the gas cyclinder. The telephone number of gas agency M/S Sahni Gas Agency is either out of order or busy everytime.
