Frauds by the Crews

I stay in Bangalore and have experienced it quite many times in two of the petrol stations in Bangalore. Both are HP stations. When we ask the crew to fill up the petrol for say Rs. 300, he first fills it up for say Rs. 100 and then stops (as if he heard me wrong). When we insist for the petrol for Rs. 300, he offers excuses and tells you that he will be filling the petrol for rest of Rs. 200 and continues filling without resetting to zero....

Ninad Gas Agency Bandra (E), Mumbai 400 051this gas agency declare of Phone No.26422740/26409820/26435579. But this Phone Number I had dile last three days of gas cylinder Booking, Phone is ringing but not responce to me from Ninad Gas Agency. This Problem is every month I have face. Failure in phone booking

Dear Sir,

It is unfortunate to to contact over phone to Amit Gas Agency at Kalkaji, ND-19.
No body picks up phone and books for gas delivery.

Repeated reminders have failed to produce results.

not received gas cylinder after month

i am jagannath prasad live in kanpur, i booked to gas cylender at[protected], but till today i did not received gas cylender, i regularly knocked them by phone but they do not give me satisfactory risponce when i went to gas agency yesterday there told me that i had not booked any gas cylender.
now i am very haris with hp services and gas agency.

delay of supply of gas cylinder by dealers

I had got booked gas through HP helpline no. 1716 25 days back .My gas number is 600297 and gas agency is Sahni Gas Agency, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-51.but till today i have not received the gas cyclinder. The telephone number of gas agency M/S Sahni Gas Agency is either out of order or busy everytime.

Compulsory purchase of stove on new connection

I Vishal N. Shah, who has shifted to mumbai residing in kandivali wants to buy a new gas connection with HP GAS. When i went there and inquired about new GAS connection, they asked me that i will have to compulsary purchase a stove from them otherwise i wont be able to get new connection. Service is very bad

Murali Enterprises service really sucks whenever you call up to their number they will never pickup the call.
They will never mention or provide the proper information if at all your luck goes good phone is picked before you ask the information they will replace the phone without even asking if you have any other question...

I have HP gas connection from Amrapali gas agency from Chinchwad, Pune.
I found gas is leaking slowly from one of my gas cyinder. Immediately I had called Amrapli gas agency.

Delay in Deliveries

I have HP Gas connection and my consumer no is 616563, I am living in Greater Noida. I booked Gas Cylinder on phone on 01.08.2008 and Booking No was 5876, but till[protected], morning I have not received the delivery of cylinder at my home. Also I am continuosly trying dealer's no for enquiry[protected]. but no body is responding the same, due to which I am facing too much problems....

Additional charge/ poor quality cylinder

We are the cunsumer ( consumer no. 615787 ) of HP gas
from last 4 years with distributor name - Roma gas agency,
dhobi talao, Nani Daman / code - 961400.
First they never book cylinder in advance, they provide directly
on one day of every week for that we have to wait outside of home till they come .

Secondly - the person who bring cylinder always asked for additional charge of 10-20...

Inability to contact the dealer

It's a big pain to contact the agency using telephone to request delivery of cylinder. The contact numbers are mostly busy and one needs to spare hours and days in order to get through once.

There is an urgent need for a better request management system. The agency details are as follows.

Indefinite delay in supply of LPG cylinder

Our local gas agent, Soham Gas Services, Kolbad, Thane (West) is very irregular in supplying the gas cylinder. We have been facing the problem since last one year. Their erratic service is creating lot of inconvenience to us.

Every time we book, the standard reply by them is that the cylinder will be supplied in 10 or 15 days time. After this period is elapsed, we have to personally go and follow up with them. They...

I have a Connection of Hp gas at BHEL hyderabad. I have been told by the authorities that the area were i stay which is miyapur does not come under BHEL circulation and hence has asked me to get my Transfer to KPHB Branch.
