[Resolved] Hp Laptop — replasment of charger under warranty | |
I had bought laptop of Hp of dv5 series having product no:FZ728PA#ACJ, SERIAL NO: CNF83516K3 from home town Lucknow in October 2008. The charger(CT NO:W97930FA9VMCRM) was not Working since May 09. My son had consulted from Bareilly service center where he was studying. They had said that both no of the respective laptop and charger are not matching. So the charger couldn't be replaced even under the warranty period. Later on i consulted in hp service center they told the same thing.So i get it repaired from hp service center in Lucknow.As a customer of the world reputed company . I'm facing this problem .I would be highly obliged if you look into this case and replace this as soon as possible as it is under warranty. Was this information helpful? | |

i had bought hp laptop model DV6-1130TX from australia AND JUST AFTER 2 MONTHS OF BUYING, I have been dealing with worst conditions that i had to claim charger cause it was faulty but anyway i bought a new one without waranty and now another worst thing is, laptop is not showing any power even after pluging new charger and i told this problem to hp serveice centre in India cause i want to this laptop to my girlfriend here and they r saying that it has got any international waranty wats that?????????
i can extra amount for international warranty as i have got 2 yrs extended warranty already but i m unable to pay the full repair as i dont know how much is the fault.
so please, sir, can u help me in this matter i shall be very thankful to u.
