[Resolved]  Hp Laptop — non delivery of laptop after DOA letter

Hello sir/ madam,
I have purchased a laptop on 30 August 2012. After a while, it got some problems hence service center's engineer took it to service center on 25 th September. On 10 October, official DOA letter( attached along with mail) was issued on my mail and same was done on retailer email. I spoke to retailer on same day and he said he will deliver me the new laptop within 3-4 days. He did not keep his promise. Again he is saying that he needs 3-4 days. This is all.
I am unable to use laptop since 25 September.

HP G4 2036 tu, serial number- 5CD2310YZ8

distibutor - jubilant infosystems, authorised HP dealar

I would like to know few thing before going in any further if any HP employe can answer these.
what is the official time limit to deliver the laptop to customer after DOA declaration?
Who is the concern person in HP to make a formal complaint against this delay ?
He can't say every time that this is the HP procedures or so on....If, this takes really such a long time then inform first to customer. Don't provide the wrong information to the customer. Please HP should provide the full bylaws regarding it.
If, it is going to take long then issue me the old laptop for a while and let take HP your own sweet time to deliver the new laptop.
