I had never thought off that even Servicing by HP will be creating so much harrassment.
Do you appreciate such services by HP Group.

Seriously I look for your advice to scrap HP Laptop & name of HP Products from my life.

Last but not the least even Caps Lock light not working which reflects seriousness of HP's subsidiary HP India.

I have taken the screen shots prints sent to your subsidiary and waiting for the out come of your intervention before moving to the Court of Law Against "Hewlett-Packard".

As HP India is not less than cheats.

They even repaired by HP Pavilion Entertainment, PC Model dv9700 three times with in a month in spite of changing the mother board ON COST & replaced my original RealTek Audio as well as Ethernet hard wares without my permission.



This is the stupid service they are providing EVEN ON COST & THE DISPLAY WENT BLANK THREE TIMES OF THEIR HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS' Capabilities.

It will be good case for the Indian Consumer Protection Commission under Consumer Protection Act 1986.

HP India — HP is making a fool of Indian consumers!

I bought my compaq notebook (model :V6102AU and product s/n: CNF6350CLY) last year whose warrantee period expired in mid november. Now since the first week of december my wireless lan is giving problems and the Compaq service centre says that the lan card needs to be replaced which costs anything between[protected]/- After purchasing a notebook for 53,000/- isnt it too much to pay for a hardware soon after the warrantee expiration.
I am not at all happy with Hp DV5 1201au Notebook, since i bought it last 1 and half years.
