[Resolved] HSBC — Wrong Cibil report | |||
Hi, I have applied for a personal loan in Axis bank, Suddenly My loan process is delayed due to cibil report that mentioned that there is a overdue of Rs.225 on my previous HSBC loan, It is completely wrong, I have paid my all EMI without any cheque bounce or delay payment, There is no overdue of Rs.225. I have already checked my last 2 years bank statement, There is no Over Due, I have all the details from both HSBC and ICICI where my Loan EMI deducted, I have sent a mail to HSBC and Cibil including all the details, There is no response from Cibil, I received a response from HSBC,directing me to create a user ID and password in HSBC website in order to provide further informations, In order to create user id, I should open a savings account, Why should I open a savings account in order to get my query answered?
