[Resolved]  HSBC India — Wrong billing System of HSBC Gold Credit card

This is regarding the Credit Card No. [protected].I have received a call from HSBC recovery department regarding due payment of 3953.25 Rs. which I had never used. I explained the situation to the person calling me but he was not ready to listen anything regarding this.So I am putting my again here on the complaint board expecting speedy action on the same.
I got HSBC Gold credit card number as above in around April 2008 science then I have not mad even a single transaction using this credit card. In the first statement from the HSBC there were some Repayment Protection Premium charge Rs. 505.62 where charged to my credit card irrespective of Zero usages of credit card so I called your customer care regarding this which they accepted the problem was there billing system so in the next bill sent to me the previous month amount was deducted.
But the next month again the same charges ayment Protection Premium, processing fee, other charges and late fee were added so I have called again to the HSBC customer care which they again accepted as there billing system problem and in the next bill sent to me the previous month amount was deducted the complaint No is :[protected] and next complaint no is : [protected].
Even after following up with HSBC customer care the consecutive bills kept adding the ayment Protection Premium, processing fee and late payment charges etc. against the credit card, which I have not used in its lifetime.
On Monday 11 May 2009 I received call from HSBC recovery department in which they asked me to pay the amount 3953.25 Rs. out of which not a single penny is due from my side to due for HSBC.
So here by I request you to clear all the undue charges levied against my credit card and initiate the process to cancel above credit card.

I have sent the request 2-3 time on [protected]@hsbc.co.in but I didnt get any response from there side please do needfull for the same.

15-May-2009 and 22-May-2009. I got call from Rahul Suri, The Number Is : [protected] recovery.They are not ready to listen anything regarding same.They want to I have to pay full amount of Credit Card which I have not used it its life time.

I have also visted Camp HSBC India branch, pune and mat with Amar regarding same but he told me you have only two option whether you have to pay total amount or keep sending request on [protected]@hsbc.co.in.
I have also asked him about Grievamce Redressal but He told me there is no process about Grievamce Redressal.
On 25-May-2009 I got a message on my mobile that you need to pay 4376 Rs and Last Date is 15-June-2009.Please tell me what should I do ?

I have had bad experiences with this Bank, especially with the rude behavior of their collection agents in particular.

HSBC credit card gold — last 5 months i ' m waiting for my credit card.which not yet received

Dear sir,
i applied for HSBC Credit card GOLD in OCT 2007. but till date i have not received my credit card.
even though PIN No. has come 4 months back.
my reference No. is C387857.
kindly take action in this regards.Otherwise kindly cancel my card.i am no more interested in this card.

Sir, my card no-[protected], we have used from past two years, and also paying correctly,
Last 3 month back i have not pay full payment, I have paid minimum amount and 1, or 2 months
paid above minimum payment .but you are not deduct the outstanding amount, i am not a milliner man.
i am an middle class people.i have also spoke to customer care, they told "pay the all".so i don't continue the card, then i have send it the card to you.Please if you can deduct the all penalty.if possible, if not possible, i will pay 2 installment to you. I have use also hdfc bank credit card.they are not coated too much
penalty.

hsbc gold credit card — payment

Dear sir,
This is referance to the HSBC card no [protected].sir,i have done the tranction of rs 3500 rs in month of oct 09.the statement of which i have recevied one month later along with intrest charge by your bank. i have paid the total amount of tranction without intrst charges in month of Nov as it was not my mistake .within in this due course of time your bank have lievied every month the intrest chrge on my card and its now reaches to Rs 2686. inspite of several call to customer service they are unable to give satisfactory reply and solution.Due to which i am forced to close the card.
Sir,Kindly help me as i have already paid the tranction amount and rest is only intrest.your bank have only provided me the HSBC gold card looking to the status and track record with other credit card company.Looking forward for your early and satisfactory response to reverse this all intrest charges and issue the no dues certifacte.I will be highly greatful to you and your esteem bank.

So I am putting on the complaint board expecting speedy action on the same.

HSBC Bank — Wrong deduction of charges

Sir,

I hold a salary account (number[protected] with HSBC.

I have some ECS tagged to my account to ICICI PruLife of Rs 6000/pm in & 2000/pm.

Some time back I had given instruction not to pay any of these ECSs.

As a result of which each time any ECS comes to my account I have a debit entry for the same followed by an equal amount of credit entry for stop payment.

However it has come to my notice that there was a credit entry for ECS payment on 13th December 2010 for Rs 12000/ but only Rs 11,896 was credited to my account later.

I have got back to my account manager about this but in vain.

Can you help me with this.

If this continues one day every bank will wipe out every penny from every customers account.
