I have lost my Mobile on 01.01.2010 Friday @ 12.45am in Triplicane Beach when am in the mood of Celebrating my New Year Eve. When i tried to make a call to my phone after when i feel the phone was missing, at that time, it is in ON Condition, after an hour, the phone was unreachable. In Morning, when i called my number, the phone is in Switch Off Mode.

I hope that this New Year will be good, but things didn't seems so... Sir, Can you please trace my Mobile phone, and get me back Asap, where the Following details been provided below:

I’m a Customer from Bhopal and a user of your HTC Mobile Viva Handset which I purchased from Bhopal (M.P.), India. I had heard great appreciation for the HTC handset but unfortunately I'm highly dissatisfied with the performance and Services of the same may be due to the reasons best known to your technical R&D experts.

HTC — Poor customer services and after sales repair

HTC products are fairly good but the after sales care is poor (as it is outsourced) and the software updates are rushed out and not tested properly.

HTC I am afraid to say that their standards are slipping and so is their commitment to device stability, customer services & satisfaction leaves a lot to be desired, and I can say this because, HTC are issuing faulty software/ROM for the Touch Pro2 whereby the noise cancellation is so good no-one can hear me, HTC when the do repair inevitably the repair centres damage handsets and do nothing to put it right, they cracked my keyboard surround and just blank the issue and now I'm taking HTC to court to put it all right, and currently my family all use HTC that’s 6 handsets alone in this house, well I guess they just don't care.

If anyone reading this is thinking about getting HTC, good luck when it breaks down and the call centre you call is not HTC they outsource to other companies (in the UK a company called WDS Global) most of the outsourced centres have little or no moral or trading ethics and work from a script but they do HTC equally a dis service as HTC do themselves by not caring about your problem so a well suited alliance.

HTC — problem in new device

Recently I bought 2 newly launched HTC incredible from HTC dealer I switch at Jaipur. I was told at the the time of delivery that these phones are very advanced and first time launched in India with so many features. at the same time I was told that i am the first person in North India to get that phone. i could not stop the temptation of being the first user of newly launched device and bought two phones from dealer on his words. i did not evaluate the phone also on its quality, well hardly anybody would do that because everybody trusts brand. to my dismay phones had many problems. I would like to list couple of them below:
- voice clarity was not at all good into both the phones. it looked like i bought some cheap chinese phone.
- it was drooping signals every minute. i was not able to make calls at the same time incoming calls were getting disconnected in between.
- phone was automatically going on airplane mode
- phone was very slow, application was taking time to open up.
- while talking over the phone new application were opening just from my touch, though i was told that while talking phone would automatically go to sleep mode.
- some other un-explainable problems as well.

i complaint to dealer regarding all these problem. he suggested me to visit to HTC service centre. i did that but the service centre was closed on Tuesday.dealer asked me to keep the phone and said to come next day. next day i had been to service centre, where they issued me DO and asked to give back phones to dealer. i did that and dealer assured me to give new devices by evening. till evening i did not receive any call from dealer, i tried making calls to him and sent messages but did not get any reply. i visited the place again on which he asked me to wait till next day, and that was today. today around 4 PM he asked me to come and collect new phones. i visited and collected new phones and tried both the phones in front of him and company personals. to my dismay, problem persisted in new phones as well, which everybody including company people have agreed. i have given back both the phones and dealer has asked me to wait for 7 days for problem to be resolved.

now the situation is my money is with dealer and i am stucked with my old phone, which is already creating problems for me. nobody except me is in pain. i am trying to survive with my old phone.

kindly help and suggest me what should I do. I do not want my money back, i want HTC incredible only. I would live with the fact that i am not the first user in North India.

HTC — touchpad faulty of mobile

my htc mobile is not working properly,it's touch pad was not working that's why i have summited it in services center because it was in warranty period but nobody give me faithful response.

HTC — No proper resolution of complaint

I had purchased HTC - Wildfire S on[protected] and within a month my touchscreen was not working properly and pursuant to that i had filed complaint with customer care in HTC before a week, the concerned person was about to send me the complaint no. through e-mail but i have not received any of such mails from your side. I also went to service centre located at DADAR in MUMBAI for this purpose but i havent received any response yet.

This people are also not giving proper response and saying it to me that we will call you back by tomorrow but i haven't received any call yet and it is almost 10 working days since i have complained and i want this resolution to be taken as soon as possible as i am facing a huge problem without my cell phone.
