Freshers, Never think about bond and certificate Submission. It is wonderful opportunity to u.
There were still lot o[censored]nemployed students lost their careers. So don't look out salary and other things.
You will be settled very well after 3 years in other MNCs also.

It is a very great opportunity.
They recruiting from 2008 passed outs also.
They are only two rounds. First one is Technical. then HR.
Technical is simple. There are 6 Programing questions, you have to write the code in any one of the language.

They look out your idea and implementation. Answer need not to be accurate.

Then a simple HR round to check your communication skill.

I[censored] r eliminated, after 3 months u can attend it again.

I'm a current employee of this company. its true, there is no employee privilege in this company. we have to work like OX, but still they pay very low, compared to the companies of the same standard.
They say this is a CMM level 5 company, but it is not.
They don't give you proper salary. Salary in this company is a variable pay.its hard for the employees even to get their full salary per month.
Every one working in this company, is losing thousands in their salary because of the variable pay.
Freshers, please don't try for this company. there are lot more better options than this company.
I'm stuck up in this company because of this 3 years bond. Even if i plan to leave before 3 years . i need to pay 2 lakhs to break the bond :( .
People, Please don't get opt for this company. even call centers pay their people well.

Hi I am MCA 2011 passed out. Am going to attend interview in HTC global services. They asked me to pay 1lac rupees for my training... Whether that 1lac rupee will be valuable r not...? is there any fraud about that 1lac rupees...? pls anyone from tat organisation help me...

its not worth a lac to spend bro instead u spend it to do a main frame course...it would be a gr8 use to U...

hi i am Raj B.E EEE 2010 passout with 67%...I attend interview (10.8.2100 ) in HTC...first aps then HR...hr asking to pay 1lakh for developer..
first 3month training then next 3month 4k as stipend...from seventh month 15k as salary
and 3yr bond...im totally confused.tell ur suggestion plzzzzzzz

BOTH SYSTEM HAS ELIMINATION
12 PEOPLE GET ELIMINATION IN SMILE BATCH
SO THINK AND JOIN IN HTC GLOBAL SERVICES

Hi guys I am here to express my opinion in GENUINE being employee of HTC.I agree that the pay scale is less compared to other MNC's but it is only in the 1st year.After that the sal will be same as others.And coming to the work there will be nothing different to other MNC's .
Every company will make employees to work hard whenever it is REQUIRED.I[censored] look at INFOSYS, they will crush the bones of emplys but it is not same with HTC.
While coming to the bond, it is common for every MNC.Letz think who will loose employees after giving worthy training to them.I assure u people that after 3 years u will hve great knowledge and future i[censored] work hard(not like in INFY).
