[Resolved] Hyundai i10 — Corporate discount not paid | |||
Hi This is in regard to corporate discount not paid by MRG Auto Ltd. in Ludhiana. Last year I purchased an i10 from this showroom. The salesman and the manager had promised me to give a corporate discount at the time of purchase. I bought this car in March 2010 and it has been complete 1 year and still I haven’t got the discount as promised. After so many repeated efforts, my corporate discount is not credited in my bank a/c. Hyundai India has prestige. But M/s MRG auto Ltd. is not responding well to us. I think that I have committed a mistake to purchase a car from them. We have had faith in Hyundai India, but M/s MRG auto Ltd. is not equal to that faith and we lost our corporate discount. It would have been better if I had gone to some other car dealer. These kinds of incidents by the arrogant Hyundai showroom people damages the company reputation. I had a santro before buying i10 as I was a satisfied customer, but after this incident I will not recommend anyone to go for Hyundai cars as the customers are getting cheated. Hyundai i10 — dint get the discounts evn after booking the car in stipulated time
dear siri hav booked my hundai i10 by paying 10000 rs as check with the condition of picking up the vehicle on 9th jan 2010 with the ci hundai agency at bhopal. their executive told that i wud get all the discounts offered at the time of booking. aftr two three daz i got a call from some other person from agency that i had to deposite 50000 rs oderyz they wont giv all those discounts. as i was out of station ( which i made clear) i cudnt pay the amount. now they are not giving me the vehicle with the discounts they promissed.
wat can i do now?

Dear sir .My own car no.U P 62 Y 3645 has damaged on 2nd may & i have complain & send my car to Ganpati motors vns.till 7th may
but at this time i have no result for my car so plz. check my complain & so fast reliese it from your workshop.
If i told them for soon fast then they say that why you take Hundai why you not take maruti.

Hyundai i10 — Corporate Discount
Sir I purchased i10 Hundai car form your dealer M/s Dhoot Moters Aurangabad (maharashtra) on 28.09.2009. At the time of purchasing dealer give the promiss of corporate discount Rs.4000/-. within two month but till today we have not received any amount from Dealers or not from Hundai motorsAlso i don't know who will be the responcible for delay of payment. But definately it reflect the bad image of Hundai. Please look into the matter and let me know the position as early as possible.
