[Resolved] Hyundai Motor / i10 1.2l Kappa Magna — Accounting procedure is not transparent | |||
Dear Sir, my complaint Number[protected] dated 13.04.2010 ay Hyundai I purchased a i10 1.2L Kappa Magna (Metalic) on 09.04.2010 from Hundai dealer M/s Sharayu Hyundai, New Mumbai for Rs. 4,29,368/-. The details of my vehicle are as under. Registration number MH43 AB 4967 Chassis No MALAM51CLAM608229 Engine NO. G4LAAM378728 Booking Ord No. 2010-03-CM-33 dated 26.03.2010 It appears that accounting procedure of Hundai is not transparent. The amount which I have paid to the dealer does not tally with the invoices / receipts given by them. This is cause of concern of integrity of dealer. In my case, I had paid Rs. 4,29,368.00 to the dealer M/s Sharayu Hyundai against their quotation of i10 as a On-Road price. I have received the following invoices/receipts; Tax Invoice Rs. 3,77,107.00 Insurance Premium Rs. 9,957.00 Certification of Taxation Rs. 26,826.00 Extended Warranty Rs. 2,500.00 Logistic Charges Rs. 5,440.00 Service Tax Rs. 560.00 Accessories Invoice Rs. 2,031.00 Total Rs. 4,24,421.00 The difference in the amount paid by me and invoices/receipts is Rs. 4,29,368-4,24,421=4947 In addition to above, at the time of delivery of my vehicle, I came to know that Hyundai Motor was offering a “SRK Cricket kit” to the purchaser of i10. The period of the offer was from 05.04.2010 to 2504.2010. Hence, I asked M/s Sharayu Hyundai to give “SRK Cricket kit” to me. But they refused to give the same with reason that my vehicle was booked before the 05.04.2010 i.e. 26.03.2010. Since, delivery date of my vehicle i.e 09.10.2010 falls between the “SRK Cricket kit” offer, therefore I should get the offer which is applicable on the date of delivery e.i. 09.10.2010. I had informed the above concerned through email on 12.04.2010 which is noted against complaint number[protected] dated 13.04.2010 at Hyundai customer care centre. I am highly disappointed with the system and customer care centre of Hyndai because, resolution of my complaint leaves alone they didn’t even reply my query. I request through this forum to please inform Hyndai to instruct M/s Sharayu Hyundai, New Mumbai to give “SRK Cricket kit” and invoices/receipts for Rs. 4,29,368 urgently. Since, I have taken a loan from Bank Of India and have to submit all the invoices/receipts to the Bank.
