I, Rajeshkumar Rohit Complain about the deducted amount of Rs.9990/- for familyfirstplus plan.On 9th October 2013 a call was received from icici lombard.They have explained me about plan just then I have been talked on IVR and thenafter they emailed me details.After reading the details I relize that plan is not proper for me. They have explained me about Five benefits which useless for me as emailed details.Without wasting time I sent them an email to cancell my transaction and familyfirstplus plan.Next they called me to explain about it, but plainly told him to cancelled my plan.I haven't received any document from them or any parcel. i have paid 16590/- against a family health plan policy. The policy when came into my mail ID i found has lot of informations which were wrongly entered- MY DOB & also i have been misguided completely about the plan. I dont know how to cancel it & get my money refunded. Any direct consumer connect mail or contact to ICICI lombard directly ? please help.

I have received similar call yesterday and though the offer sounds lucrative but i was a bit skeptical, can you please tell me what is wrong with the five benefits they offer in order to take appropriate decision of accepting or denying it.
