[Resolved] ICICI Bank and Axis Bank — Non disbursement of cash withdrawal | |||
Sir, I am ICICI account holder. I have tried to withdraw Rs.10000/- from Axis Bank ATM, Saurabh Vihar, Jaitpur-Badarpur New Delhi on 15.8.2011 at 5.50pm. But cash has not disbursed by ATM and balance had deducted from my account.I complaint immidietely to ICICI Bank customer care which no is SR[protected] and a written letter also. Now after 10 days ICICI is saying the withdrawal was made successfully. So, Please try to resolve my problem, how can I loose my 10000/-. Dear Sir,
The details of transaction is as follows:
. On 15.8.2011 at about 5.40 pm I visited Axis bank ATM located at Saurabh Vihar Jaitpur Badarpur New Delhi-110044 and tried to make the following transactions.
Time Nature of transaction Result
5.40pm Cash Withdrawal Rs.13000/- Neither cash disbursed by
ATM nor transaction slip
generated by ATM.
5.42pm Cash Withdrawal Rs.11000/- Neither cash disbursed by
ATM nor transaction slip
generated by ATM.
5.50pm Cash Withdrawal Rs.10000/- Neither cash disbursed by
ATM nor transaction slip
generated by ATM.
(Please note that soon after 5.42pm and 5.50pm two person came and withdraw cash in my presence)
At about 5.53pm I received a SMS that Rs.10000/- had been withdrawn from my account whereas I received no cash from the ATM.
At about 5.55pm I complained to ICICI customer care on telephone no.41718000 which gave me complaint no. SR[protected].
On 16.8.2011 I complained in written to ICICI NBCC branch and the concerned officer said that your complaint will be resolved within 10 days.
On 26.8.2011 I again visited to ICICI and was informed that transaction of withdrawal of cash of Rs.10000/- was successful whereas I received no cash.
You are requested to kindly investigate the above transactions and arrange to credit my aforesaid account with the amount of Rs.10000/- as I received no cash. I also request that video of the transaction may kindly be verified to ascertain the facts.
