Dear Sir, Yesterday On 28/07/09, at ICICI bank ATM ceter I withdrawn money. In that money one thound currency note found in cut condition. In my day transaction nobody has taken. So I sent mail to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com. They given reply that, contact to branch office. This ICICI bank is cetralise bank. If I given mail to customer care then this ICICI BANK will take responsibility to give me a satisfy answer. As per my last experience in this bank nobody has give responsible answer. Dear Sir,
My transaction was failed on HDFC bank (Vellore, Katpadi branch) while withdrawl the 5, 000 rupees. But the amount was credited in my account:[protected]. So I registered complaint(No. SR[protected] about the same in ICICI phone banking and they requested 8 days time to clear the same. Now the date is 13th and as of now the problem was not rectified. I inquired the same about this on today and they are asking 8 more days to clear the same. Please look in to this and clear the same as earliest possible.
